I wish you guys all the best of luck and I definitely would recommend you to my friends.I purchased a 2006 Acura MDX from the dealer about 2 weeks ago. While I cannot say that I had a bad experience I cannot say that I had a great one either. I feel that I paid an ok price for a car that needed both cosmetic and mechanical work. I asked the salesperson if they knew of any issues with the vehicle and was told that they changed the oil and had it detailed that was it, I could take the car to a mechanic to have it checked if I wanted. I drove the car it seemed to drive fine shifted well and the engine ran fine, but I couldn't check for any codes due to the fact that the battery was dead and the car had to be jump started. I have since had the check engine light come on twice for a catalyst below efficiency code fortunately I was able to get the car through inspection so that I can work on that problem at a different time. Also while driving the vehicle I noticed that there was a little bit of thumping in the front end but now it seems to have turned to a clanging sound when going over bumps. Having purchased many vehicles in the past both from dealers and private parties I know that it is absolutely my responsibility to check over the vehicle I will not fault the dealer for these problems just be aware that a thorough check may be in your best interest. My largest problem I have is the $350 doc fee charged for the vehicle while I understand all dealers charge this type of fee, I feel it to be very excessive for them to literally mail me the title from the previous owner and a certificate of transfer so that I can take it to the motor vehicle by myself and have the title and registration change to my name. Again I would not say that I had a horrible experience I am just saying that they seem to be like most other car dealers that I have dealt with in the past nothing spectacular nothing bad.”

“After visiting 5 dealers, driving more than 4 hours over all the state and considering dozens of cars, I chose to buy from here, because they had many cars in my price range $5 - 15k that were fairly priced. There were no hard-bargaining tactics like I experienced in some of the other dealerships (nibbling, bait-and-switch, lies, and high pressure) and that speaks volumes. I've had my car for a month and have driven it 900 miles already and I couldn't be more satisfied. Be advised though that some of the older $5 K cars will have an older car look and feel. Also warranty is third-party, so google search them (it seems like a reputable company).”

“I was at the hotdog joint next door called Rocco's eating a burger, and I noticed next door there was a dealership with all commercial trucks. Im an electrician by trade, so I figured Id check this place out. The service was good, everyone was very nice and cordial. I let them know I was just looking around and they were all willing and happy to help me out. They offered me water bottles and the use to the bathroom if needed. It was a very cool atmosphere and they were really cool guys. I checked around and was helped by an associate named Jim.
