It was like pulling teeth to get someone in pharmacy to help me get a refill quickly as I was in a painful state. Was told It takes at least 24 hrs to go through insurance. When I explain my situation.I still received resistance and then asked if someone could please try and put it through insurance. Surprise surprise it went through in about thirty seconds. I would have suffered for at least anothrr day had I accepted what they told me. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy. I will be weighing my options. Would never recommend pharmacy to anyone.

Be careful when purchasing bread items here. Bought a bread few days ago and I’m still having a stomach issue, Had a doubt and casually walked in today to look whats the cause of issue, I was surprised to see moulded bread in the same counter. Never coming back to this store again.

The pharmacy staff are always super helpful and answer the phones and are really nice. Never had an issue here unlike the cvs around the corner. Happy happy! Thank you!

Blessings to Oxsana at the Walgreens in Denville. I live out of state and my almost 103 year mom was in immediate need of her antibiotic. Oxsana offered to drop it off to her after her shift at work. Thank you

My wife had an appointment for Covid vaccine at 5.10 PMWe reached there at 5:01 PM and finished the paperwork in 5 min.Waited there 37 min to get the vaccineThe pharmacist supposed to give the vaccine avoided my wife and taking care of other customers (as a receptionist).I reminded him again for the vaccine, but he ignored me.He requires proper training

Horrible pharmacy. Scripts were sent there at 3:30. Went to pick up at 5 and we were told the pharmacist never showed up. They informed us they would send the scripts to the rockaway location. However, they only sent one script over. Long story short this location told us they were an hour behind for a few hours, then closed w out filling the script. Horrible service. I will never go back and will let as many people as I can know.

I have been using this location for approx 3.5 years. And in the last year or so it's customer service has dropped significantly. The lack of empathy... the lack of customer service. My final straw was today my sons c Doctor called in a prescription I called and was told it wasn't called in. Called the doctors they swore it was called in. Called Walgreens again and was told yes it was just called in but it would be a 45 min wait. I said I have a sick child with a fever. And I also explained that I was outside waiting. I was told there were other orders that needed to be filled and I had to come back. So I went home with my sick child. To then get a text message 2 hrs later that the prescription was completed. I drive down to pick it up thank goodness my son fell asleep so wasn't so bad. But I get here and I am met with sitting at the drive up window for about 6 mins. I understand people have prescriptions that need to be filled and I wasn't trying to be pushy and ask to be taken first but again I have a 3 year old with a double ear infection and a fever. A little extra help would have been extremely helpful

Don't waste your time at Walgreens. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. You will sit around for half an hour, only to be told they never had the item/order you were waiting for. Poor communication and disrespect the time and resources of customers.

Stick to your hours. If the pharmacy is supposed to be open at 9, why is there a line after 9:30 waiting for the pharmacy to open?

Even though the pharmacy was backed up beyond belief, the overflow section was huge, the staff kept working hard. 2 people doing the job of 3 or 4, they were working diligently and when it was my turn professional and caring. I had bronchitis and was wiped, I asked for a cough suppressant thinking it was behind the counter, the pharmacy assistant went into the isle to get it for me and was very kind about it. It saved my sick self from dragging myself in it was so appreciated. Even with the hectic day they took care of me. They earn my business each time.

I was door dashing with my aunt and we had some difficulty with our credit card. Emily was super nice and helpful! She did not make us feel rushed or stressed at all and did everything in her power to help us! She was also super proactive in getting some of her other coworkers to open up a register as to keep helping other customers. :)

Just witnessed a very disrespectful argument from one of the store employees, her name is Debbie. She was screaming at some 13 years-old girls, calling them disgusting little rats, and chasing them throughout the store while screaming and insulting them, because apparently they were touching or trying some hair brush, which they paid for anyway. This employee was sooo loud that I could hear her from the other side of the store and I had to intervine so she stopped.I don’t know these girls, but I’m a mom too, and I’d fight for anyone treating kids like this woman did.If you don’t like kids acting like kids and if you don’t know how to treat your customers then find another job woman.
