Dropped off my rental and the guy was very helpful. The rental location on the other side of the country messed up my reservation and the Deptford guy went out of his way to help me fix it. He didn't have to do that and it saved my day. I will definitely rent from here in the future

The gentleman working the counter that did the rental was amazing. I believe his name was Rich. It will be my go to spot for car rental.

If I could this Avis rental location a 0 star I would. The fact that I have been renting from Avis for over 6 years at different rental locations , in different states, spending thousands of dollars only to rent at this location and be charged $460 smoking fee when I don’t even smoke is insane. After calling corporate and getting that fee waived this merchant then charged my card $250 for a dirt fee. Are you serious? So the dirt wasn’t there when you reported the smoke fee? There was no dirt or smoke.And shame on you for thinking you could get over like this. Wrong person. My history with Avis speaks for itself. this is an example of selective customer service on your behalf corporate saw the pics you sent advising they saw no dirt.I plan to file a formal
Complaint as well!

Very professional service. I had to return m rental here and the process was quick and efficient. The woman there put me at ease and handled everything perfectly. I am from the area so I know good service when I see it. Check this location out for your next rental.

Only vehicle they had available for us stank of smoke. They are usually cheaper than their competitors, but you get what you pay for.

Quick pick up and drop off. No pressure to purchase additional insurances. Beautiful new vehicle with very low miles. Best rental car experience I've had.

Great customer service, friendly and professional. I was waiting at the door in the morning before the store opened . The gentleman unlocked the door for me and invited me to have a seat while he logged in. I was on a time crunch but never alluded to that fact and I was promptly checked in and checked out in 5 mins! The car was already waiting for me in the front of the store with a full tank of gas .This is the second car I have rented from this location and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Both cars rented were immaculate and new. Perfect for long one way drives. Thank you Avis.

Upon return of the car they didn't provide a receipt and said they will email me. I never received an email and a few days later got a random charge. I called Avis and they said it was a mistake and they will refund. Guess they were just trying to see what they can get away with.

Do NOT rent here if you are renting over the weekend and cannot get your car back by their ODD and limited business hours (8am to noon). I brought my car back at 12:10pm on a Saturday and the office was closed.There was no drop box or way for me to return the car. Of course they charged me with no regard for the fact that they never clearly communicated their hours and when to bring the car back.They are professional and courteous but that was a big turnoff and I would never rent from here again.
