Next to no staff are in the store now. Not sure if it's the recent layoffs or store closings, but the registers weren't open at all and you had to purchase at customer service. Long line there when I went to check out. The associate at the counter looked like he'd rather be anywhere else but there and was like a robot.It was also very hard to find staff out on the sales floor. I don't usually need assistance but when I had questions, there was no one in sight.Overall a very poor in store experience. Probably will just shop on Amazon from now on.

So I went in to get a tv. I was met by Nick Weissmann. I was gonna get something cheap for my ps5. He talked about different tvs, brands and specs. I told him what I was looking for in size. I purchased an LG TV. It was a little more than I wanted but man, it was worth it. He also made sure I had a surge protector and everything I needed to make sure I had the best experience with what I wanted. Glad there is still good people who care. Thanks Nick.Return visit. Everyone is friendly. I enjoy coming here.

It's a nice door but honestly I don't know how Best Buy competes anymore. It literally is never the best buy. So sadly I look in there for things that I want and then order them for less online.

Staff very helpful and polite. Problem is I was sold 2 products that were incorrect. I would still go back to this store.
