“Amazing customer service! I was there the other week and the boutique was very elegant. Everything was very clean and neat, and the ladies were extremely nice and helpful. I was walking by this boutique with my bridesmaids and saw the stunning dresses through the window. That same day, I called in and they were able to get me in within an hour (other places wouldn't normally do that and require a lot of notice in advance).
As soon as we entered, they gave us champagne and congratulated me on the engagement. The dresses I tried on were well-made and of good-quality fabric. They also explained that many of the dresses they had were able to be custom-made, which was so unique. Thank you for treating me so well and making the experience so great!”

It was a ballgown with a lot of beading, several layers and a long train, and they did an amazing job taking it in, hemming, and making a bustle that was easy figure out on the day and really looked great. For all that work, I also found the price very reasonable. I am so happy I worked with Philly bride.”

She pulled , the perfect PURPLE dress for the occasion. I left that day absolutely delighted! When the dress came in weeks later and I was ready for alterations, Hiba made sure the dress fit like a glove. Her warmth and calm made what could have been a stressful experience ( I have a large chest and it’s always a stress to get the right supportive fit) an easy one. Thank you to the Jan’s team!
