Debbie, the on site manager is amazing. She's always ready to help with any issue. Debbie gets 10 stars!! The Compass Storage Corporation itself is beyond greedy, raising the rates considerably twice a year. I started out paying 119.00 a month. One year later I'm paying almost 200.00. I just moved my storage to another facility for this issue alone.
