I hoped for better. Some days during my stay, the hotel was out of caffeinated coffee. Every day for four days the waffle maker was out of service, there weren't accoutrements for the oatmeal, and often the toaster was broken. So much for included breakfast. My room didn't have any bath gel, only one bar of soap for 2 sinks and a shower, and only two tiny ragged towels. The bed was good, though, and the room was quiet except occasionally for the adjacent stairway.

Terrible Experience…I booked a block of rooms for a special event back in December of 2023.The event was scheduled for April 29th 2024Unprofessional staff across the board. Rude and disrespectful to me!1. Assigned my guests to the wrong rooms and over charged my credit card, and several of my guests! (Mix up of names and confirmation numbers) I was extremely befuddled! (NH)2. Refused to correct the-mistake of overcharging my credit card after going over the charges in great detail. One leader stated, I’m not giving you anything!” (Name R)3. Certain areas of the hotel were dirty and smelled like marijuana. One staff member confirmed that the smell was marijuana. (T)4. Ceiling tile fell near my Executive Suite…water leak (attached photos)6. Charged all guests for parking. Parking was included when rooms were booked back in December.6. After speaking with the sales director and female R, they were unclear as to why my card was overcharged.I waited another 25-35 minutes to speak with the hotel leaders to resolve the issues. . (Sales Director, manager, etc…) No one came back out to address my concerns!!*** My family and I will never stay at this location again! ? ***Terrible experience!! ***

I stayed here a week because my company put me up here. I will never stay here again.Upon arrival speaking to the front desk person I could smell a strong order of marijuana, Knowing that it is legal here I did not think anything of it, however The person was not very friendly or outgoing and did not seem like he wanted to speak with me. After I received my key and went up to the room The room looked comfortable and clean, so I have no gripes about the condition of the room. The small restaurant area was out of almost every other item on the menu every day. Breakfast would not be served because the cook would not show up for work. The coffee was from the morning before so it was ice cold. The staff has an "I don't care attitude". It is very hard to believe that this is a hotel owned by Marriott. If I could give it less than one star I would.

The staff was amazing all of them. The 2 bartenders made me whole night. So personal able & even the guy behind the desk. The wings the bartender made were the best wings I've ever had. If you're in the area please stay here. I didn't like that they only have 2 suites in the whole building but the staff made up for that. Loved them. Thinking of taking a trip back just for those wings and to chill with the 2 bartenders.

My family and I stayed here and it was the worst experience ever!!! We got there after traveling 3 hours and wished we turned back. We opened the door to our room and thought we can settle in but was mistaken. My son ran to the bed and said eeewwww mom look. To our surprise there was blood stained pillow cases. Then we checked further and saw what looked like seman residue on the comforter. We looked at each and said we need to get out of this room. We were told house keeping had left and we were told to change our own sheets. We requested another room and was told since they were booked with parties we had to wait. They notified us two hours later to change the room. We tried to speak to a manger but no manager was on site. After our event we checked out and called the manager Mary we seemed uninterested in our concern of health at their establishment. I raised health concern issues which we came into contact with but again Mary seem to believe that offering points for our stay would make up for the lack of cleanliness.

Had a 2 night stay and rooms were fine and so was the hotel. I prepaid the rate on my credit card but when we arrived they had me swipe my card again, I'm assuming it was for any incidentals. A strange amount was put as a hold but the front desk didn't make us aware of it. Waited for the charge to disappear but after a few days My card was charged an extra amount that was not on my printed bill at the end of my stay. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Beware of their shady tactics and ask questions when you check in and out. Will not be staying at this property again and would not recommend them.

Overall, had a 2 night stay, and it was relaxing, quiet, affordable, and nobody bothered me.ROOM-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- The room was chillin. It was clean, nice, for what it was.SERVICE-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- I gave it 5-stars for service, even though i didn't need anything, and i wasn't bothered, which was just how i like it.LOCATION-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Because it was right next to the 42 freeway, and everywhere i needed to go was off of 42. Awesome.

Two of the four treadmills were broken and the front desk told me they would send maintenance down to look at them, which they never did. Another resident said they’ve been broken prior to this stay.We went to the bar in the morning and asked for a breakfast menu and he said “we don’t have one, they took them away” - whatever that means. So we went to Starbucks. Then I got sent 3 different bills with all different amounts and I had to call to have a parking fee removed that is apparently automatically applied to every room - just another way for you to gouge the customer. We will be in town often for work trips but won’t be staying here again.

Location was super convenient for us, and the room was nice as well. Comfy and clean, and the gym was nice as well! The only issue I had was that I realized I had left my king sized pillow that I bring while traveling in the room. It had a green pillow case on it, so definitely something that would stand out. When I realized it was missing, I called to see if they had it and was told that I’d have to call back later because the person at the front desk didn’t have access to lost and found?? I called back the next day and was told the same thing, but this time, that I needed to call in the morning because there’s only one person who could check the lost and found and they’d be gone by 4pm. I called again the next day and they said they hadn’t seen it. We ended up coming back to that area about 4 days later, so we actually walked into the hotel and asked them to look. They went in the back and said there wasn’t anything there with that description…Someone took my pillow and I think that’s not great, and the whole “you have to call back later because none of us can look at list and found” thing seems pretty sus.

Nice clean and modern hotel. We were disappointed they charged for parking. Was impressed the bar stayed open late for when we came back from a wedding. Starbucks had the slowest service.

This is one of those scenarios where as long as you don't need anything - all is well. The moment an employee needs to do something you'll have problems. There were two great team members at the desk... the one who checked me in and another who extended my reservation. But the one day I went down for breakfast, the Bistro employee was over an hour late from the time the Bistro should have opened. And just now, I called the front desk for a hot tea... the Night Auditor told me the bistro is closed. I asked if he could take a tea bag from the bistro and i would pay him at the desk... he told me he couldnt do that. I asked housekeeping for towels and wash cloths and I left for the day. I came back and not only was my room not serviced (not a big deal at all), but i didnt have my wash cloths and towels. I more upset over the tea bag... I just stopped working at a Courtyard after 4 years (mine was marriott managed and this one is a franchise)... I know that night audit still does drinks/coffee/tea at night. I was the Night Auditor and they trained us on coffees and such. I guess this property doesn't empower its employees to be excellent. I rated them a 2 overall because the front desk rep knew how to extend my reservation and pull from my points - That's not common... the rest of my requested needs were not met. The night auditor should have just gave me the tea bag if ringing it up was that difficult. (I have 14 years as a Night Auditor across Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton).
