Had to get two rooms over Thanksgiving for a hockey tournament called to make a reservation when I got my bill I was charged over 15 dollars a day for parking for both rooms. No one ever disclosed this charge and when I called to ask they said it is disclosed in their website. Even though I only had one car. Terrible service and a total money grab. Stay somewhere else. They have a huge parking with plenty of spaces. Why do you need to charge for parking? They did not even ask if I had a car. What if I came with another hockey family. Not to mention I killed two spiders in my room. I am a Marriott bonvoy gold card holder go stay somewhere else. The best is when I emailed filling out the surgery I still got the same nonsense response and never addressed the fact I got 2 rooms and 1 car. Two night stay two rooms. Cost to park my car in their huge lot 64 dollars. Unbelievable

I was extremely disappointed to say the least in my stay here. First we checked in the day before thanksgiving so I was going in understanding that house keeping was not going to come until Friday and I was also informed when booking that I would be charged for parking, also did not mind. However my opinions on this changed as I realized that it is a giant scam.We checked in and found out that there was no breakfast at all supplied. Ok no problem we would eat elsewhere, then we were advised prior to coming and during our stay (which we prepaid for) that a $30 dollar incidental hold would be applied. Nothing else. When we looked at our statement Friday we realized there was a hold for $150 not $30. I then went down and asked Omar if parking was included he said it was. But the math still did not make sense as 4 nights and incidentals would have been less than 100., I then another another girl the next day and she advised its $30 incidentals per day plus parking. NOT ONCE were we advised that we were going to be charged anything more than 30 dollars at the time of check in which would be helpful to a lot of people. We were told on the phone and at the desk $30. So next time make sure to advise people it is more than that you are putting the hold for. The next thing is we were there for 4 nights and 5 days. We had 3 people and only 2 towels. I asked numerous times for towels at the front desk and each time was informed they were completely out until I asked the night before leaving and they finally had some 4 days after check in. I asked for house keeping every other day, they did not come at all until the day before we left and took ALL of our towels and left us NONE in the room which is why i had to go down to get the said towels then night before we left. Now lets talk about parking, when I booked I understood I had to pay for it BUT when I got there, I was not asked for any vehicle information at all, the parking lot is open and not gated or monitored so anyone at all could park there and there was a sign stating the hotel is not responsible for the cars or items left in cars. At this point someone from the hotel accross the street or anyone who wanted to could easily park there and not a single thing could be done about it because you would not know if they were or were not a hotel guest as you took NO information. I think that parking charge is frivolous and insane on these basis. The hotel was extremally noisy with whomever was staying on the 2nd floor RUNNING through the halls, sounded like teenagers at 11 pm. The people at the front desk were also nearly never there, you had to walk down the little hallway to the right or speak really loud and say "Hello" or "can I get some help". When I voiced my concerns I was told my different people that this hotel is under new management and the parking fee is recent. I have stayed in MANY hotels as I travel for work, this was so horrible I will absolutely never stay here again and probably will never stay with Marriott again. Hilton is far superior even with hotels at a lower class than this one.

This hotel was a five out of five! After getting here, I was sad that I was only here for one day! You walk in and you were greeted by the nicest hotel staff. They give you a key and you check into your room and it is beautiful! The bed was so comfortable, it was a nice amount of light in the room with two different shades that you can use, and the bathroom makes you feel like you're in a hotel mansion! The hotel is very clean, and such a luxurious experience! I wish I was a Marriott member so I could enjoy this luxury on every vacation! This was probably the best gym that I've been to a hotel! I am different machines and weights. It really helps me stay on my gym routine while being away from home. The price of this hotel was great too!

The only reason I'm even writing a review is because of the absolute atrocious service I just received from the young, short, brunette girl at the front desk.. I've been traveling for 13 years and have NEVER in my life experienced such horrible service from a person.. she literally wouldn't let me check in at almost midnight after driving 7 hours to get there for work at 5am.. all because the company credit card that was used wasn't my card.. in 13 years of having my room paid for by the companies that I have worked for including this specific hotel on 2 other occasions just last week I have never had anyone refuse to let me check in.. now I'll be sleeping in my truck tonight until I can contact someone from work tomorrow about finding a new hotel.. I will also be contacting corporate and filing a complaint.

I get it, its a hotel for weddings. Period! But if you carry the Marriott brand then you honor the Bonvoy Program. Fully three days in advance I requested an early check-in travelling with my kids so I can get into the hotel at 1p. Front desk tells me they do not have that as a policy - even for Bonvoy Titanium Elite, when I have literally stayed at hundreds of properties and done early check in for business. Then my family waited for over an hour in the lobby eating chinese food on the couches until we could get to a room, which had NO hot water for showers! I mean, c'mon guys drop the brand name if this is how you treat guests. Its a Motel 6 service on a Marriott logo.

Stayed here during a recent business trip. Excellent in every way. A tad pricey at $319/night but I'll take that if everything else is on point.

Very disappointed with this hotel. It doesn't deserve one star. The room we stayed in stinks literally. Someone smoked previously we imagined. We informed the front desk of the odor. The hotel isn't that old. But the room condition shows lots of wear and tair. The bathroom condition is awful and disgusting. The shower caulking is all cracked and with mold. We were told that we would receive housekeeping every other day during our week stay. Housekeeping never came during our stay, and when we informed the front desk it still wasn't addressed, so no housekeeping during our stay. We had to continuously go to the front desk and ask for fresh towels. Trash cans not emptied.Stay away from this hotel and avoid staying if possible. Possibly the worse hotel we have ever stayed at, shame on you Marriott.

Room was very clean & comfortable. Available breakfast was a joke with unbelievable cost. Shame on Courtyards!

The room was well and thoughtfully laid out. Bed was comfortable enough. Downside was breakfast being unavailable one morning due to electrical issues with no prior notice. Second morning when it was open, their "restaurant" (using that term very loosely) prices were way way too high for half prepackaged food. $9 for a bowl of oatmeal...Yikes!! We ate at a Panera a mile or so away for much better food at much less expense.

The hotel did not meet my expectations ,there were no towels to give from room service I had to go to dollar tree to buy towels and rags ,the food service weren’t included into the room pay.The rooms had a bad odor ,the bathroom was dirty with mold in the sink and shower with garbage left over from the guest before all 3 rooms I booked .We found roaches in the rooms and two of my kids off my basketball had caught a rash due to the dirty room. They refused a refund ,which doesn’t show in company policy .I would not advise to stay here .Safety: The rooms.

Amazing service at the check in desk and housekeeping. The hotel is tucked away behind a Hampton Inn & Suites, with easier access headed north on Hurfville.Rooms are clean and look fairly new. No problems whatsoever. No free hot breakfast like some other brands but they do have a pantry where you can buy items. Plenty of name brand food options within a five minute drive.

Decent courtyard. Rooms are clean and relatively new. Staff is friendly. They do need to fix the front door. Layout is same as other courtyards. AC works. Toilet is soft close and shower has decent water pressure. This location is close to a lot of restaurants and target is close as well.
