One of the few brick and morter stores left today. With a word that EVERYTHING is bought on line, picked from looking at a computer screen, it's awesome to be able to go to a store and try on something. The staff there was great and responsive,the selection was good and the prices were pretty great. I bought a pair of work boots and scored a nice pair of Adidas for just over $20 on clearance with the bogo half off deal.

Worker looked at me strange when I said "hello how are you?" She didn't greet anyone or ask if I needed help. Just looked bothered

Stay away from these lying sneaky criminals. I returned a pair of shoes on Saturday October 14th 2023... They said they would email me a receipt. Didn't feel right too me and its my fault for believing these crooks. When I didn't receive the receipt I called to see what happened. They said oh yes we see it in the system, you should receive the receipt shortly. So Monday I called into customer service... They said they see it in the system give it 3 to 5 days to process. Well today is Wednesday the 18th, they charged my card a payment for the shoes that I have returned because the return has not been completed in the system. So I call again. They say again... The return was partially completed... Let me complete it and you will receive a receipt shortly. 5 hours later and now I'm on the phone again with customer service. So they have my shoes and my money... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME... I WOULD BUY A PAIR OF SHOES FROM THESE PEOPLE IF THEY CAME STRAIGHT OFF OF MICHAEL JORDANS FEET

I needed help finding my proper size. One of the staff kindly assisted me. For some reason, the exact same shoes had different prices on two different shelves, but they made sure to charge me the lower price! And these shoes? They feel so good!
