I rented a car at this location and I returned it at Charlotte NC. When I return the vehicle. They spot a piece that is missing from the front top windshield and they told me it wasn’t on the description when I pick up the vehicle so I’m responsible for the repair. I blame myself for not paying attention and accept the payment. But a couple days later I got a call from Amanda who explained that everything was previously there and sorry for the trouble that had caused me. I am absolutely stunned by the honesty and their working integrity. I didn’t ask them to investigated but they took the extra time and reach out. I sincerely appreciate your help and I wish you all the best

They have quick in and out service and are accommodating. We love the last-minute upgrades when available. I'm not sure why Woodbury has cheaper rates than Pitman. However, Pitman normally has a better selection.

I called and booked a reservation, take an uber to get there and they don't have any cars there. Then they try to upsell me into a small suv or truck. Won't be back here again.

I am disappointed about my experience. I booked a car, and was told that due to my return time on the following day, that I would need to rent another day. I agreed, as my return time was past the time due back. I expressed when making the reservation that I needed a ride to and back from Enterprise. I got the ride up but upon returning was informed that I was not going to get a ride back as they are short handed on Saturday and had a call out. I was not made aware upon booking that I was on my own to get home. Upon expressing my concern it was suggested that I pay Uber or Lyft to get home. Great idea at my expense. When I booked I signed up for the guaranteed rate of 2.87 refueling charge. When I got there, I was told that it was 3.85/gallon. I proceeded to leave and pay 3.25/ gallon at a gas station although I locked in at 2.87@ Enterprise. The other young lady who actually booked me in two days prior actually tried to “make me happy “ by making an adjustment in the gas price since she checked me in and knew I paid for the refueling rate of 2.87. After dealing with the unpleasant young man,Griff, I declined, walked my 3 miles home and will go about my life- never considering making this mistake again. Summary-good customer service during check in when getting my money. Pathetic customer service during check out after collecting my money.

Great customer service. It's a smaller lot, but they will make every effort to accommodate your needs. And I appreciate the ride home after dropping off my rental.

I paid cash at all tolls and did not use EZ pass on the bridge but was billed anyway by enterprise. The toll worker warned me about paying cash with the rental saying, “Take a receipt because they will provably try to charge you again like you didn’t pay already.” Do not pay any bridge tolls while using one of their rentals because they will bill you anyway after giving the car back and tell you to take it up with EZ pass or another third party!

When you rent the car they don't tell you that that your credit card will get charged 10 days after you return the car for bridge tolls you already paid for with cash & have receipts! Then when I called the Woodbury office, I was told I can go to a website & see the tolls & I try to fight the charges to my credit card! They should warn people, b/c had I known I would get charged for tolls I already paid cash for, I would've just drove through the Ezpass toll & not paid cash! One of the toll collectors said to me, "I am going to give you a receipt b/c they still might try to charge you" and Enterprise doesn't care or warn you of this!
