I really enjoy shopping at this Five Below, but lately, I’ve been feeling extremely uncomfortable due to the way the staff watches me while I shop. I’ve noticed that when I enter the store, employees remain up front, but as soon as I start browsing, they suddenly move to the same area I’m in, pretending to stock items while closely watching me.
As an RBT, I take my time looking through items to find the best reinforcers, but even if that weren’t the case, no customer should feel like they’re being followed or monitored so closely. It creates an unwelcoming atmosphere and makes me hesitant to return. I hope management can address this so that all customers can shop comfortably.

Nothing truly spectacular here. Had a good selection of useful and some useless items. If you need a phone charger or case or electronics on the cheap, you will have plenty to choose from. Was surprised to find at checkouts were all were self check stations with one employee roaming for assistance. Not a huge deal, just didn’t expect it. The roaming employee was friendly and helpful.

why do they have to scan all your items now ? seriously i get the being afraid of people stealing, but you have one person upfront with six self checkouts, maybe you should turn Into non-self checkout and have more people upfront because it’s stupid. The last three times I came here. It was just stupid.
