    Walked in, staff were busy talking about other things, deep in conversation (sounded like gossip/trash talk of other people that work there) never acknowledged me once even when i went by the counter they were talking at, i could have walked out with half the store and the would have never noticed.

    I bought $10 worth of merchandise and was offered a “free membership “. My understanding was it was a rewards program. I was charged a fee a month later and had to research what it was. Dishonest and shady of this store to mislead people. I understand this is a common problem and will not be shopping here ever again... read full comment

    I absolutely love this store, great selection of DVDs, pretty good CD collection, and the workers are always so funny and kind!
