Went in with an old firewall router. First, person claimed he didn't have a DC cord to plug it in to check it. Then they sent me to buy a product to replace it that wasn't even a router at all!

Had a terrible experience there today. There was a red head guy that works there that was so dismissive of my issues with my Mac computer. He asked me if I had Apple Care and since I couldn’t remember he said “probably not.” Then he said you’re better off taking it to the Apple Store because it will cost us $200 to just ship it out. Mind you, this is within a minute of me walking up to the counter so it already felt like he wasn’t trying to help me. I told him that my computer just isn’t turning on and it could be a battery issue or a hardware issue or something else I wasn’t sure, but I set up an appointment on the phone earlier because I was told by an agent that they would be able to at least look into the issue. As a woman, I believe that if I went with a man they, he and his manager (man with eye glasses), would not have been so dismissive towards me. It took me 45 minutes to get there, and I was back in my car within 2 mins.

I called the night before to have the hdmi port on my son's xbox fixed. They said that since I was a total tech member, the diagnosis would be free and scheduled the appointment for the following day. When I arrived for my appointment, the geek squad associate said they couldn't work on it. They clearly don't value your time or business. They could have saved me time and money, driving to the store only to be turned away.

Just bought the LG - 65" Class C3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV and immediately saw the need to upgrade to the 77". The upgrade is incredibly easy as all you do is pay the difference and let them install everything. They will show you all the nuances of the TV and work with you until you get it. BTW, it pays to buy their annual service agreement through the geek squad. For being a member they installed the tv and the new sound bar at no cost just for being a member. More perks of being a member, they cover all electronics in your hone..Ah, the reason for the upgrade in the TV is my wife wants the apple video & music ?. So my 65" curved Samsung 4K 120htz is going to be wall mounted on an articulating arm. Thus will be off the dresser & more surface space.

The appliance tech Souhill Barack is a complete liar and horrible technician. He has canceled his appointment on us twice and lied about showing up at my house for the dishwasher repair. Last week he canceled the appointment saying the dishwasher was working, which it's not. Today we got a cancellation notice after the appointment window and then when I called support they told me he had entered stuff in his notes saying the dishwasher was working upon his arrival, which he never showed up for. After months of problems with the dishwasher and multiple parts being replaced, we were told after looking on YouTube, of things we could try to get the dishwasher to work better. We were also told by another technician that all dishwashers suck in order to get better eco ratings.

Never pick up the phone although u need at store support. Trying to quote and determine if they have the part at the store and they route u to international which cannot do anything to ask ur questions. And when u schedule an appointment thr store cancels without providing any information to what u asked

If you have a custom PC and planning on upgrading any parts. Don't take your PC to this location! You're better off going to the Cherry Hill Best Buy location. I wanted to upgrade my cooler and this location had a morning availability. It turned out that I waited 4 days for a cooler installation and the fans doesnt light up when I picked it up. I originally had my cooler installed at Cherry Hill Best Buy and it was done the next day. So do yourself a favor and never go to this location.

Stay away from GEEK SQUAD!! They are not in business to help you. They will take your money only to say that they can not assist you. And don’t even think about contacting their customer service. You will get absolutely no where.Work with any company but GEEK SQUAD.

Went to get my iPad screen repaired. Told me to pound sand before they even looked at it. Asked me what model it was then told me they couldn’t do anything. Waste of time. I typically think we have a generation that doesn’t want to work and fixing my screen would require that. Sad.
