Just bought the LG - 65" Class C3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV and immediately saw the need to upgrade to the 77". The upgrade is incredibly easy as all you do is pay the difference and let them install everything. They will show you all the nuances of the TV and work with you until you get it. BTW, it pays to buy their annual service agreement through the geek squad. For being a member they installed the tv and the new sound bar at no cost just for being a member. More perks of being a member, they cover all electronics in your hone..Ah, the reason for the upgrade in the TV is my wife wants the apple video & music ?. So my 65" curved Samsung 4K 120htz is going to be wall mounted on an articulating arm. Thus will be off the dresser & more surface space.

The appliance tech Souhill Barack is a complete liar and horrible technician. He has canceled his appointment on us twice and lied about showing up at my house for the dishwasher repair. Last week he canceled the appointment saying the dishwasher was working, which it's not. Today we got a cancellation notice after the appointment window and then when I called support they told me he had entered stuff in his notes saying the dishwasher was working upon his arrival, which he never showed up for. After months of problems with the dishwasher and multiple parts being replaced, we were told after looking on YouTube, of things we could try to get the dishwasher to work better. We were also told by another technician that all dishwashers suck in order to get better eco ratings.

We love Geek Squad in Deptford. The techs were friendly, respectful, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Gabriel, Chandler and Shane provided excellent customer service. Thank you Geek Squad!

Never pick up the phone although u need at store support. Trying to quote and determine if they have the part at the store and they route u to international which cannot do anything to ask ur questions. And when u schedule an appointment thr store cancels without providing any information to what u asked

Went to get my iPad screen repaired. Told me to pound sand before they even looked at it. Asked me what model it was then told me they couldn’t do anything. Waste of time. I typically think we have a generation that doesn’t want to work and fixing my screen would require that. Sad.

This company robs you of money. Do not buy any insurance plans with them. They have taken our money on a monthly basis yet they have said that my son does not have insurance on his phone. Who will be reimbursing us?This is ridiculous.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! SCAMMERS!!

Jayson with the Geek Squad in Deptford, NJ, went completely out of his way to fix the speakers I got installed with Best Buy about a year ago. The entire process was quick, easy, smooth, and efficient. I would 100% recommend family and friends to see Jayson for any installation needs with the Geek Squad. Thank you for making sure my car speakers no longer rattle and sound perfectly!

Honestly have no words for the level of disrespectful service I’ve received with this company. I’ve been on the phone for 3 hours with no resolution. If anyone is to buy any devices and think about insurance plans with GEEK SQUAD run away! You’d be better off having a random guy down the street help you compared to Geek Squad. Absolutely a horrible experience and odd company.

Please do not buy any insurance from this company. They will cancel your insurance out of nowhere and when you call for assistance you must speak to customer service that does not know how to speak a lick of English. Has to be the worst experience and worst company to deal with. GEEK SQUAD is horrible and should be paying me back 1 years worth of insurance since they canceled my insurance unknowingly while I’ve made consistent monthly payments.

Went in to get a new battery for iPhone. Had to make an appt. Because of my schedule and theirs I had to week. Get to appointment to find out they didn’t have the part and would have to order it! I would have to pay for it and they would call me when it came in. Needless to say I left and will not be going use it again.

If you have a custom PC and planning on upgrading any parts. Don't take your PC to this location! You're better off going to the Cherry Hill Best Buy location. I wanted to upgrade my cooler and this location had a morning availability. It turned out that I waited 4 days for a cooler installation and the fans doesnt light up when I picked it up. I originally had my cooler installed at Cherry Hill Best Buy and it was done the next day. So do yourself a favor and never go to this location.

I recently had an issue with my OLED TV. I had the Geek Squad protection plan so I gave them a call to have it repaired. The wait for someone to come out was about 2 weeks - a little long in my opinion, but I get that they are busy. Thankfully they were able to get me in before my plan expired. The tech arrived and confirmed the issue I was having. It required a new panel and he informed me that he would need to order the part. It was another week before he arrived with the replacement panel. I was out of my extended warranty at this point, and worried that I would be charged for the repair, but he assured me that since the repairs were initiated before the expiration date that I would be covered. True to his word, I didn't have to pay a penny. He was polite and respectful of my property. I'm thankful the Geek Squad exists to handle these repairs.
