I called today around 1 pm simply asking if there was any possibility they could change my brakes today. I asked very nicely and without the assumption they would be able to do it as I know it was later. The man on the phone quickly and rudely responded “no.”. So I asked very nicely again when I should come in to get them replaced. He said “in the morning like everyone else”. It was so rude and condescending. Even after he spoke to me rudely I responded very nicely and his tone never changed. I am a girl and only 21, I don’t know much about cars nor have I ever gone by myself at this point in my life to have my car serviced. This made me never want to. I don’t know how this man is still employed. As the reviews for this establishment are all negative, it seems everyone who works at this place seems to be unhappy with their job or their lives in general. Maybe fix your attitude before answering the phone or speaking to human beings who are trying to pay you for a service.

I went there for a wheel alignment. I was the second person in that day. I noticed all the magazines and told the guy I would hang out for a while and read while I wait for my car. He told me I wasn't allowed to wait and I should call an Uber. So, I left and went to Tire Coral by the Outlet Mall. They did the alignment and my car was finished in an hour.

Want to start off by saying today was my first time ever at Good year and it will definitely be my last. The “manager” Mike was horrible VERY unprofessional. while waiting for my car he suggested that I walk to Walmart because he recommended for me to not sit in the waiting area to wait for MY CAR. I said why? He then said for personal reasons I again said why he then said bcuz he’s been coughing mind you have not heard a cough sound out of him the whole time I was there.
I demanded for him to give me my car back I refused to give my money to rude ignorant ppl like Mike.

I came from the highway after running over a bolt and the man at the desk very quickly and rudely dismissed me. He said he couldn’t help me because they were closing in a half hour and didn’t even have the decency to look at me or give me the time of day. Then he told me that the quick lube station (not a repair shop) next door might help “a damsel in distress” like it was a joke. I understand if you don’t have time to help me, but at least don’t be a jerk about it!

Was extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. The manager, Michael Femento (Manager?) was extremely rude and insulting to my wife and myself. He told us to drop off the car and that rotate the tires as a curtsey since we were previous customers of Just Tires. When we got there, he refused to do it without charging us full price. The records from Just Tires transferred were incomplete and inaccurate, we he said was our problem, He also said things to us like, "You owe me a big fact apology" and "Why would I do the work for you". When I asked for his last name, he originally started giving me false last names, like my name is Mike Mike etc. Extremally unprofessional and very poor customer service.

I went in to get an oil change. There was no one at the front desk. No bell. Waited 5 minutes no one came out. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible!!! And to the old man who thinks the whole parking lot is his, he can suck a big old sausage. What a miserable prick. Stay away!! Service sucks and employees need manners

I use to like the deptford shop. Always friendly n out going. I like their work they do. But just called them n i always wait while work being done. I just call and If the manager had said due to resp or covid. You are no longer allowed to wait. But what i received instead was rude n nasty. Very short mannered. So hey its money out of the deptford shop. I will drive further. To another shop n give them my business. Just reviewed the other reviews. Owner keeps making excuses for mike who has been a manager there for years. Gotta wonder if the owner is the manager mike. Any other owner would fire a rude nasty employee who exhibits these manerisms continually

Short old man the manager is the most ignorant person I've ever met. Rude and nasty. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to that place or any place associated with Goodyear.

I attempted to use their services on two separate occasions and they apparently cannot do anything. No tune-ups, cannot perform a check engine light, or even manage to rotate tires.When the male finally came to the front desk, same person on both visits, was rude and condescending. I definitely do not recommend to any females that may have to deal with that male.

They get one star beecause Google makes you give them one star, so there it is. I needed a tire. No one was at the desk. Someone finally walked in, and it seemed like he couldn't care less. He told me they didn't have the tire I needed."And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that [place], shake off the dust of your feet". (Matthew 10:14)

Great service. Explained exactly what was wrong with my car. I have a 22 year old car and needed alot of work. Definitely recommend . I now have a safe car.
