i was just in your empty store full of employees with nothing to do. I needed help with something. I was told someone would be there in a minute to help me. 20 minutes later was still standing there. Now on my way to Lowes. You would think with no customers in your store, you wouldnbe quick to assist a person who is ASKING for assistance. Dont have to wonder why your store is empty. Apparently the cashier who said he was getting someone never got anyone. Have a nice day. Maybe i will stop back in another year or so to see if your service has improved enough to warrant my patronage.

Ordered a new stove and microwave to be delivered. Never received a call to confirm and there was a routing error causing them not to be delivered and no one at Home Depot wants to fix the problem. I was told it would be 5 days later. Called Deptford location and no one wanted to give me the managers voice mail or district manager name or number. Was bounced around to several companies and all they want to do is blame each other. Take care of your customers because you just lost one.

Home Depot has treated me in the worst way. I purchased a washer and dryer set 3 WEEKS AGO, with the promise that it would be delivered 2 WEEKS from then on Monday. Sunday night no call to tell me a delivery window. I call that night and am told it is rescheduled to the following Thurday with no explanation why. After driving an hour and being told at the Mantua store that we couldn’t see flooring we wanted before buying it because it was on a sealed pallet, we ended up at this store in hopes to buy 550 sq ft of a floor. When I told the manager what happened at the other store, both he and every worker we encountered went above and beyond to help us. They got the flooring out of the rafters, allowed us to see and feel it so we could see if we liked it, helped me at the register and brought it out to our truck. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. What this staff did in 15 minutes, the other store refused to do over the course of an hour. We called the home office today to praise your store and file a complaint about Mantua. Thank you again!!!

They cancelled my order without telling me. Then didn’t refund my money for the cancelled order. Then it is impossible to reach anyone. Go to Lowe’s.

Horrible job regarding safety procedures for Coronavirus. My god people, you have 4 employees standing up front directing customers to self checkout where WE have to pickup the price gun and do it ourselves. We asked for alcohol wipes and were told none were available. NICE JOB! There were another 5 employees standing at the exit door doing absolutely nothing. Asked the girl is there wipes, she said there was a dispenser. Went to dispenser and it was broken, she said "sorry". Seriously, this place should not be open. Disgusting. Meanwhile, every other local establishment has wipes readily available. Home Depot, you seriously suck. I will be notifying corporate of the unsanitary conditions at your store. Disgraceful, Disgusting, Deptford!

Great place to go if you like being profiled as a thief and your online-placed in-store pick up orders to be wrong. Heaven forbid you need help finding something. Good luck getting any help finding items! Every time I go there (why do I keep going back?!?!) I see about four people working. If you do find someone to help, they are usually completely useless and expect you to know where to find items in their store that you don't work at. It's a real shame that the few times I received excellent help and advice have been sullied by the usual gross incompetence. Like the two really nice guys in the paint department today unfortunately have to work with a bunch of turds. I hope you like ringing out your purchases yourself because I haven't been there in recent time where I saw a single regular register open, only self check out. This isn't an issue exclusive to Home Depot, it's everywhere, but it's here too! Last time I checked, I don't work for you. When you go into a store to buy something, it's typically someone's job to facilitate the transaction. When you go to a store to buy something, help, someone processing your transaction, customer service, overhead, etc etc are included in the mark up of the product. I've worked retail, I know how a store works. Oh how times have changed. I wonder how long before I have to go pick out my orders from Amazon. It's okay though because once you do their job for them, whether it be online order with in-store pick up or self check out, you'll be profiled at the door and treated like a thief. I sure hope you are completely normal looking and probably at least forty years old unless of course you enjoy being treated like a suspected criminal.

Some of the rudest customer service people at the front desk. Paint awesome experience cashiers up front outstanding the customer service people to return something it's like I'm bothering them. No greeting no hello and please don't what me after I say I want to return something not once but twice. But keep talking to your coworkers instead of assisting a customer ...

When we needed a new water heater they ended up giving us the pot that collects the leaks for free! After we told them about our situation with the realtors screwing us over by lying to us and telling us that they "fixed" the old water heater when the plumber only inspected it after the closing for the new house we bought
