I’ve been using Jackson Hewitt for years in PA and NJ. This was by far my best experience thanks to Jessica! She was super helpful, friendly and efficient. Not only that but she was even kind enough to give me her friends and family discount! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Wish I could give 10 stars bc she deserves it! Highly recommended

Jessica Olabisi was a great employee. I never done my taxes alone before and she made it feel comfortable and easy. She also talked to me like a person rather than a robot who just spews information I won’t understand anyway. She also went in detail about any questions I had, and tried to help me out with discounts and the assisted refund I wanted. Overall super chill person, and great work

I couldn't go lower, I had an appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early was waiting for one and half hours. I'm a first time going there if that's normal fine but then another person showed up saying she had an appointment also finally after 2 hours of waiting we left tried to reschedule and they could not help me im so disappointed I would never recommend them at all

Jessica was amazing. She made I feel so comfortable, as if we were friends for years. Answered all questions and made getting our taxes filed with ease. Decently plan to have her prepare our taxes again next tax season.

Tax season is always so stressful for me. I was so riddled with anxiety trying to read the directions on the IRS website and I knew I needed help. I had no idea where to even begin. I made my appointment that same day and went in to see Jessica Olabisi on my lunch break from work and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped me sort out and file my taxes quickly and efficiently so I was able to make it back to work on time. The service is worth every penny and you cannot ever put a price on peace of mind. I will be a return customer next year and I would recommend the service to anyone in need of help filing their return.
