Not only is the store brand new, always in stock, and super clean, the employees and management are also very friendly.I recently lost my wallet, and I guess I left it at this store. As anyone would, I went insane trying to find it with no luck. Today, I received my wallet in the mail as well as a sweet little note from the manager Andrea. I just want to start by saying THANK YOU.The fact that Andrea took the time & consideration to "do the right thing" alone speaks volumes of the utmost sincere and virtuous character she possesses. Not to mention, her note was an added bonus of joyful recovery. Getting this package was like a step below winning the lottery, I swear.There aren't many good people left in this world, but I can assure you that those who work at this store are incredible & Joann's has my loyalty for life. Thank you so much, Andrea, from the bottom of my heart!

Great selection of yarn. However, this is the second time that the person at the register had refused to scan a coupon and it’s cost me money. I used to work at a Joann’s and I know that they can scan anyway and if it doesn’t take it that’s fine. But to offer some excuse as to why you won’t even scan it? That’s ridiculous. Both employees (one was a manager) seemed to be overwhelmed or in a hurry so maybe that’s why but I’m tired of looking at the receipt and realizing that I do have items that qualify.

This store is amazing. They apparently have just about everything related to fabrics and crafts. We picked up a new sewing kit. And some hook and loop for a pair of pants that needed repair.The customer service is awesome. They were so helpful. As I was looking for a few applique items. And they had them.I highly recommend this store.

Megan was very rude to me and my friend while shopping and followed us around the store which I think had to do with my skin color. And when we were checking out with another nice cashier Megan rudely interrupted me and my friend. She needs to get retrained or something. Bipoc beware of Megan I’m literally shaking in my car rn after just leaving the store

I went to the new Joanne’s yesterday. I was waited on by a miserable employee named Laurie. I asked her what the discount was on some fabric., she said “I don’t know I don’t have a calculator. “. What a grump. Then she would not wait on anyone unless they signed in on their sign in screen. There was only one woman in line. Come on !!!!! I think I’ll stick with Hobby Lobby . What happened to customer service Laurie ?

Great selection, employees were friendly and helpful!We were looking for fabric to make curtains and found exactly what we were looking for for a great price!The employee cutting the fabric was really nice and so helpful! ?We found everything we needed! Our curtains are coming along beautifully!We'll use Joanne's again for our fabric needs!

Friendly, helpful staff, and a gorgeous store. Wide aisles made it easy for me to maneuver with my mobility aids. Store is also well-lit and a vast improvement over the original teeny Joann's.

At first I was very excited to see this large store opening so close to me. However the staff is unhelpful, not knowledgeable, and seem to often go out of their way to not help with issues. Everything from attitudes when questions are asked, incorrect lock down at the counter, incorrectly measured fabric, and cutting sheets which are supposed to be ripped. The general lack of training only frustrates already annoying situations. Go to another location or order online!

I don’t know the lady that I asked to help me because I didn’t even know of Joann’s and she responded in the worst way possible and should not even be talking to customers. I’ve never written a bad review but this person also made comments instead of just charging me more. I’m not sure if she thought I didn’t wanna pay extra but I didn’t care. Unless I have to I won’t come back. Everyone Else was great and treated me good

Oh, if you could only give a zero star review this would be it. This is a fairly new store that our eighty-five year old Mom was excited to shop at. She is fiercely independent but can't get around like she used to. Her lack of mobility is clearly noticeable and it is difficult for her to walk at all. Again, her struggles are many but she powers through with our help and short breaks.The problem tonight was the person at the cash register. There was no one else in line but she was insisting that Mom walk all the way around through the cattle shoot type of thing. For no good reason. And she was rude as heck about it! We tried to explain and she doubled down. Even nastier. Embarrassing our sweet little eighty five year old Mom! Guess what? Not tonight mean lady.I enjoy writing the good reviews but I'm not afraid to tell the truth and give a not so good one. It is rare that I identify someone but sometimes it's necessary. I don't know if Tammie is a manager or just thinks she was one. If she is she shouldn't be.Hey Joann fabrics: you disappointed and embarrassed our eighty-five year old Mom. Thanks Tammie.

I love joanne's and I come here multiple times a week, however today I had a bad experience with Emily D. Everyone at joanne's is always so nice but she was very rude and unprofessional. I will probably end up going to a different location from now on.

Huge selection of craft supplies. The store is really large and clean. You could spend hours in there looking around.I do think they're a Little expensive for a lot of their items. But you'll find so much here. They run sales every week but you cannot use coupons on sale items.So shop around but when there is that something you need for your project but cannot find, try this Joann.

Waited in line for 10 minutes with only one cashier on registers. When I finally was getting checked out I mentioned my disappointment ? and the cashier just blew me off like I didn't even say a word. I had big hopes for this new store with a bigger selection, but my hopes are diminishing fast.

Tammie needs an attitude check. There was an issue finding my order I placed online, she asked me a question with a very abrasive tone. Watched her give attitude to the only front agent checking people out when she was asking simply for help. Then proceed to be a little nasty when explaining a policy to me. Which rubbed me the wrong way. I hope I caught her on a bad day and lots was going on. But remember that you are customer facing and can see your face and interactions with employees. Be kind
