I bought crocs here for my six-year-old boy about a week ago and a minor part fell off by wearing once
I came back to exchange and they refused to help with it

Great store the associates are always very pleasant and helpful, but always so short staffed. I went in this morning at 10am to run in and out for a pair of toddler shoes, I knew what I wanted and should have been a 5 minute transaction. The young lady was on the phone looking up shoes for callers, another customer came in and returned then ordered shoes, then the phone rang 4 more times! The associate was very pleasant, but the poor girl was running like crazy and I didn’t buy all that I intended to die to the time constraints.

Great! Tiffany is such a great sales associate! She was so helpful and not pushy at all to purchase more then necessary. She actually took the time to help me purchase what I wanted for myself and what I wanted for my 4 month old son! Her being a mother was great too due to all of her advice on what to get and what not to get!
