Luis was the best when we visited snipes today. We knew what we wanted before we showed up . The" higher up" said they didint think they had the shoes but Luis looked them up and saw the shoes in stock. He was absolutely a pleasure and conversed with us as we waited for them to grab the shoes. We had a TERRIBLE experience at the cherry hill location about an hour before. So having his help was a breath of fresh air . We did the im assuming Manager he let us know that Luis was new . Honestly you could not tell !! It's one of the more pleasant shopping experiences we have had in year !!!

Never received the item I purchased online 15 days ago. Contacted support twice to inquire if they could look into what happened with my order; have yet to hear from them. Until my issue is resolved, they essentially took my money & ran. Needless to say, I am not happy right now.

Everyone was online waiting it was busy but when it was my turn in my line the cashier called over another lady from the other line n told me to step aside they both seemed spanish so she choose to help her instead of letting the lines run as usual another lady behind me was upset. I didn’t even check out as I’m African American and they were Hispanic so it was definitely about racism.

So unorganized. Went in for a simple pick up and had the cashier help everyone in the store that walked in before even looking for my pick up order. The store was completely unorganized and there was boxes and product EVERYWHERE.

Snipes needs to change their website because it is extremally misleading.. I am from out of town and I wanted to get a last minute purchase from them.. On line it's say that Snipes is open until 7 on Sunday .. so I make my way there to be told that all the stores close at 6. not only did I come from Philadelphia I spent gas, toll and lost time for nothing.. So disappointing, everytime I try snipes there's always a problem
