7-2-24 today I need toilet repair parts. Found them quickly and reasonably priced. Now on my way home to fix the toilet.

Very clean, very organized, and very friendly location. This location is my often go to, more for comfort, but I have never had a poor experience here in the many years.
I also had this most wonderful woman help me at self serve check out, late in the evening. She helped speed up the process with her store knowledge. But she was also so kind; I was buying a bunch of bird supplies and she mentioned an app that would help identify birds.
That app has recently brought me such joy, that if I explain, I don’t want this to become a Merlin App review.
I wanted to take time to thank the store that hires awesome people (in all departments) this location gives me the space to shop but the availability to always ask for help. I’ll always be back ~

The Deptford Lowe's is one of the best places to shop. I have purchased three appliances, tons of tools, fittings, hardware and fixtures from this store and they have always been nice, helpful and simply a pleasure to work with from the large appliances all the way down to the smallest fitting.

This is the best Lowe's in the area. I live in Cherry Hill and I will only come to deptford from now on for appliances. Bobby and his team did an outstanding job and finding me my refrigerator and ice maker and helping with the whole process. I highly recommend deptford Lowe's. Prior to going there I went to Best buy and wasted an hour and a half of my time.

Worse service ever. Came in with my wife on Sunday to select some lumber for a project. Needed to have it cut but there was no one available. Several employees paged the person responsible and no one showethere.
I finally found my wife, who was collecting paint and hardware for the project and told her we were leaving and to leave everything she had collected right there.
One employee in the Pro Section asked if I was OK when I left the wood I had put back and I said yes. We had arrived after church and hadn't planned on spending the day in the store so after half an hour (or what seemed like a lifetime). We left. There were too many employees in the store not to have any help.
We were in and out of Home Depot in 20 minutes. But in there defense, they had the exact sizes of lumber we needed and we didn't need anything cut.

I love this store! They're so friendly and helpful! The store is neatly kept and they do try to keep everything in stock. :)
