Bought a Chanel fragrance from this location and spent close to $200. Got home, opened it, and noticed the atomizer was leaking. Went the next day to exchange it for a new bottle and the lady was giving me a hard time and accusing me of dropping it which I didn’t. She also said the box would’ve been soiled if the fragrance was leaking but I tried telling her its a small leak and the box has been upright this whole time. She gave me an attitude and was a little hesitant to give me the exchange (she’s acting like it’s going to come out of her paycheck). She was also helping other people and ringing them up when I was there first. Terrible and unprofessional service especially when they were the ones that sold me a defective product and gave me a hard time for it.
