This store has not way to speak to someone IN the store. They he only person you can talk to, is someone OFF SHORE. This absolutely blows my mind. I felt like I was in an alternate reality talking to them.

Today we went to buy a tv. As we walked through the store, we were trying to find someone to help us. Not one person! I called out and someone responded that he was busy and would get us some help. We waited and no one came. We then resorted to Google to look up the TVs we were interested in. Your store absolutely needs more people in customer service!!

This is only for my poor experience with Geek squad My hp envy laptop was having issues where it wouldn't boot up properly with the caps light flashing 5 times intervals which online said it could be a processor issue. I called and spoke with someone on the Geek squad team and they told me that I could bring in my laptop and they could try to back up the hard drive to external drive for $106.What she failed to tell me is that their data management system that's used to backup hard drives has been downI only found out after taking a $40 Lyft since I have no car and I was told that that data management machine has been down for 2 months! The guy suggested I try the Cherryhill location so I requested a Lyft to go there and fortunately their machine was working but had separate issue at that location. So if you're looking to have your broken laptop hard drive backed up to external drive call them first and make sure to ask!

This store is situated main great part of New Jersey. I've seen famous people in her stories of that all at the same time. haha great store staff is great, helpful and friendly! Close buy to a lot of shopping as well and right next to the Walt Whitman if you're coming from Philadelphia/PA

If you're looking to go to Best Buy to get an Apple product repaired just know that they most likely do not have a tech available so you're wasting your time just going to the store... It would be so much easier just to make an appointment at an Apple Store. However the gentleman that helped me, Gabriel was excellent he originally had told me that he would not be able to help me because there was not a tech on duty even though I had made an appointment online. He did his best to help me with the tools and resources he had available and I would say personally he went above and beyond even though going to the store was a waste of time because now I have to go to an Apple Store.

Quick overview: Be careful looking at reviews from over 3-4 months ago, a lot has changed. This particular Best Buy branch is not like it used to be. There is minimal staff and they seem to have minimal knowledge. Further, on the internet you can likely find not only better prices, but also better and faster help/assistance online via chat or calling. My recent experience: Yesterday, a Saturday, they had literally only two people working in the TV and audio. I know they only had two because after waiting for an hour by the checkout stand in that area I essentially started stalking the only employee who I had seen in that area over the last hour, and even I asked for help he told me there were only two of them working and he was busy and couldn't help me. Not that he would be with me in a minute. Not that he would call someone else to help. Just straight up that he couldn't help me Note, the help I needed was paying for $5k-ish of home audio equipment. I told him I would just go home and order it online, and he didn't say anything but gave me a "thank goodness, now I don't have to help you also" look. Thus, I went home and started looking online. My future plans will be to buy from online retailers like Amazon, parts express, B&H, new egg, crutchfield, etc. Even if it costs a little more, which it likey won't, at least I don't have go to a store and wait around for extended periods of time to convince employees to take my money. Honestly, it is sort of sad as Best Buy seems (or seemed I should say) to be the last decent brick and mortar electronics store, at least in South Jersey. However, now it appears to be heading down the "soon to be forgotten" dark road. Question for Best Buy management: I doubt they read reviews, but if they do here is a question (and I'm not asking this rhetorically, I really would like an answer). Why should I shop at Best Buy? The prices aren't great compared to online only retailers. The effort and work to get products from Best Buy is more (ie. Driving to store, waiting extensive periods for help, loading into car, etc ). Really, the only Best Buy advantage is seeing and hearing items. However, with no employees answering questions or assisting with checkout in a timely manner, that advantage is drastically reduced. In fact, it creates a "try (at Best Buy) before your buy (at lowest priced online retailer)" scenario. Conclusion: I have a feeling that a few years from now Best Buy, at least this location, will grouped into the "remember when we used to go to" conversations with the likes of Blockbuster, Radio Shack, Borders, Circuit City, Power Records, Sam Goodies, etc.

I seldom post a review but i need to post this time. Never ever buy home appliances here again. Costumer service is not good. No good communication with the delivery dates, kept promising of the delivery dates and have thousands of reasons when the near day comes for the delivery.I have to call them if they are coming or not. I ordered a dishwasher and range here. The dishwasher delivery was not great .They have to come back twice to deliver it and so many confusions of the first delivery. I have to spent hours to communicate with their Costumer Service to explain and resked my appoinment for the replacement of the dishwasher. I have to refuse it due to dents of the appliance. Since i spent hours in the telephone communicating with the Costumer Service communicating with them & confusion of their peeps i just decided to go to their store. It is easier. I gave them a second chance for the other appliance that i ordered with them. I thought because of the pandemic and it is causing them with lack of peeps due to sickness,etc. I waited for months. The first promise month was delayed and i i understood due to Covid cases. During my waiting time, no one communicated with me of the delays of the Range that i ordered. It just happened that i browse my email and saw my order number .I remembered i have to follow up my order. I went to the store to follow up because it is easier to follow up in person i guess, and found out that the range is already available and can be delivered. I scheduled for the delivery and told that i will be expecting a call from them a day before delivery. 1st sked delivery- didn't happened due to the bad weather, resked... 2nd sked delivery- no call, i have to call and verify if they are coming.. not coming again due to something happened to the appliance in their store room and i have never encountered as bad as this situation. I have to cancel my order because i can't be patient enough to deal with them. When i went to the store to cancel, the person who assisted me to cancel said that it is not their fault. Instead of saying, i'm sorry for the incovenience.. that is the word i have to hear. When you buy an appliances in your kitchen, please go to Home Depot, Lowes or any local appliance in your area. Best Buy delivery is so bad.

Came into bestbuy deptford location last night to price match a CPU that was on sale at Micro Center. Mind you not even 24hr since I priced matched another CPU from that exact bestbuy location that was on sale at Micro Center . They was making up all types of rules oh if it's local it has to be within 25 miles when jawn maps the micro center in north jersey oh it's 90 miles away. Micro Center isn't a little mom and pop shop. It's Micro center you price match them period. Then oh I don't see it on the list and my computer is giving errors. Then oh it has to be sold & shipped by Micro center it can't be a store reservation. Mind you I dropped $15k at this location last year and this year I've dropped $2k so far and I'm a Totaltech member. All I do is shop and price match . . I called corporate and they priced match right away with no problems at all. Agent Sandra Hall literally said everything's automatic and that when she hits price match on bestbuy.com a list of stores shows and one of the stores was Micro center with the price of $499.99 the same price I was trying to match . It's already automatically in the Bestbuy system period. She didn't have to go to the Micro center website and double check. . The thing that really pisses me off is the fact that the manager claimed that I was yelling at him and that he was intimidated for no reason. Literally it has to be cause I'm brown. You can literally look up my phone number and see all the shopping I do . I don't understand the racism. And I don't understand the mixed raccoon googling the definition of local and showing me to be an asshole. But it's cool I'll remember that.

Horrible business. Big box store that couldn't care less about customers. Ordered a high end dishwasher from them. Was promised delivery 10/7 between hours of 7am and 1pm. They never showed up or called. I tried contacting the salesperson with no success. They couldn't care less about customers. I strongly suggest using a smaller appliance store.

I never purchase at Best Buy because I dislike their customer service immensely. However, my son needed a Chromebook immediately and my husband purchased it at Best Buy. Within 3 months, the computer stopped working. My husband followed all protocols - made an appt, took the computer in to Geek Squad. Only to be told that we needed to contact the vendor directly. I contacted the vendor and was told that Geek Squad should have handled it. After a lot of rigamarole, I'm dealing directly with the vendor. This is typical of Best Buy - they want your money but when something doesn't work properly and IS under warranty, they wash their hands of you. I'll never buy from this store again.

I had a warranty on my son's phone, and I called to make an appointment with the Geek Squad to fix the broken screen. I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment. When we got there, they said that I was 1 day past my warranty expiration date. I called corporate to see if they would kindly extend my son's warranty since we had to wait the two week period to get an appointment. They told me no. I felt that they had no compassion or courtesy for their customers due to the Co-VID19 circumstances and I will never go back for anything there! I will be boycotting them for life and will tell all my friends about their lack of common courtesy!

There staff for cell phones where ignorant and unprofessional. We knew there was going to be a wait but an hour and a half is unacceptable. They were not even apologetic about people waiting. Since when has buying a cell phone take longer then buying a car Would never recommend this location to anyone
