Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. Huge huge thank you to the two kind associates going above and beyond in customer service!! Very much appreciated!

Store was clean and staff was friendly however the clothes I tried on was cheap and never fit right I would try a size up and it would be huge and then the next size down and it would be too tight. That’s not the staffs problem though. They are great they can’t help if they get sent clothes that is bad quality.

HUUUUUGE store, great prices. It's quite remarkable how this store continues to provide a shopping experience that's both trendy and budget-friendly. The selection of clothing at this Old Navy store was also impressive. They had a wide variety of styles, sizes, and colors to choose from, catering to a diverse range of fashion tastes and body types.If you're in the area and looking for affordable, on-trend fashion, I highly recommend paying a visit to this Old Navy location. You won't be disappointed! I thought it was similar to the location in Time Square New York

I've been wearing their jeans for years, the only brand that fits me well. Store is well-stocked. I ordered a pair of jeans ahead of time. I was able to try them on before leaving the store. The experience was positive. I ended up doing an exchange at the store for a different pair but it went very smoothly.

I hadn't been to one in almost a decade before recently and I regret it! Amazing selection and prices a couldn't beat if I tried (believe me I tried lol). Got the black dress for under $50 and the blue one for $12!!!! The clearance section is more than just one shelf like most stores and is an actual section which is nice for a cheap person like myself. Additionally the staff were very friendly and took time to answer questions and help find items. Look forward to returning in the future (hopefully not 10 years!!!)

I typically love shopping at Old Navy. I went in today and could not find an XS-M in any of their shirts, tank tops & dresses. I understand carrying all sizes, which is a great idea; but there needs to be sizes for all. Every tank top and shirt I wanted to purchase was only available in sizes 2X to 4X.

Mara and Jamie were awesome! Great customer service. Jamie helped me find the right pair of jeans, as finding jeans when you’re short can be super difficult. Mara was super friendly at the register check out! I would shop here time and time again with a crew like this. Thank you both for a great experience!

i had a great experience shopping there. the prices were reasonable and there was a good selection of clothes. there was an employee named jaralynn who was so helpful and kind! she even convinced me and my friend to get credit cards!! also the clothes i bought fit perfectly. 10/10 experience would def go back
