Look it's valentines day, my wife ordered at 430 with a 545 pickup time and our order wasn't done until 625pm.I'm not complaining. The staff was working their butt off grinding, staying positive, with a steady income of order because everyone wanted a heart shaped pizza. I want to say I can tell you were trying your best, I can tell you were giving your all and I want to say thank you. Only piece of advice I can give is under promise and over deliver. Don't say 20-30 minutes when you know it'll be 45. Say 60 minutes and maybe get it done in 25-45 minutes. This may put some customers off but it buys your business trust and Integrity due to your honesty.Nice work overall team! Hope the rest of the night Flys by!

I typically don't leave reviews, but I was really surprised and disappointed at the change in customer service at this location when it comes to delivery. To be clear the delivery people are fantastic, but the in store customer service clearly has declined, and now leaves something to be desired. Calls are routinely rerouted now to a call center where there is barely a command of the English language. I was attempting to place an order with the call taker that was having difficulty understanding my order. The call taker directed my call to the store and when they picked up I was told that I would need to call the call center back to place the order. I told the individual that the call center was unable to understand me and directed me to the Deptford store for assistance. The rudeness of the Deptford store call taker was appalling. I Asked him what would he suggest if the call center directed me to the store for assistance and the call taker at the Papa John's hung up mid conversation! I have in the past ordered and picked up from this location with no issues. My vehicle is out for repairs so I have been ordering out for the past week. When I attempted to call back selecting the prompt that would connect me directly to the store it rang for 1-2 minutes, someone pick up then hung up. I called back and no pick up at all. Unprofessional and very rude to a patron that has used this location for the time that they have been here in the area. Will never use them again! The condescending attitude was just awful. I wish I could give this Papa John's location 0 Stars because the one that I left was one to many.

Haven't had papa John's in years so decided to give it a try..horrible decision on my end. Will never spend a penny here again. Food was ice cold, delivery was 30mins late and food was not edible..literally tasted like a cardboard box don't waste your money ?

The staff was excellent. I ordered my pizza. Then my friend also wanted a pizza. They made the 2 as quickly as possible with out any quality issues.

Sorry, entire chain went to hell after Papa John left. What used to good, fell behind every chain i can think of besides Blaze. Blaze is terrible.

Worse cheese steak I ever had! I ordered fried onions I couldn't find any when I walked home. I just moved to Pitman I will check Yelp next time I want something in the area.

Don't go there! Go to any other pizza place. They don't care. Got a burnt pizza. Nobody cares. They take your $ n give you nasty food for it!!!

a second job as a door Dasher and I was starving and my shift was about to end so I just happened to pull into this Papa John's, not even to go in but just so I could be parked in use my phone to look up with to eat and then I realize I was sitting in a parking lot of Papa John's....I haven't had Papa John's since I was in high school over twenty years ago, but it is just the same as I remember! I'm not really a pizza person but I couldn't remember what it was that I would eat when I was in school and I said "what is the thing that seems to be the most popular because they're so good?" And the employee knew exactly what I was talking about and said "the cheesy bread!"and I said "Yes! that's what it's called! I'll have THAT!".... This may become a weekend ritual for me and

I was literally ASSAULTED by Autumn the store manager. I ordered a pizza from the Deptford, NJ location this evening around 8pm and when the pizza arrived it was horrible so we contacted the store. Spoke to the manager Autumn. I advised that I wasn’t pleased with the pizza and she hung up the phone. My assumption was the call was disconnected so I called back and she hung up again. I proceeded to reach her several times by phone and she kept hanging up the phone and continued to use foul language after the fifth she said come get her “F… money and advised that she didn’t have time for this so we proceeded to store. I asked if she was Autumn and she said yes. I then explained that I was the person that was called five times. She said well you were rude which is bold face lie. She continued to use foul language and then she threw the money at me including change. She also hit me in my face with the pizza box and knocked off my glasses. I am hopping that the store has the recorded calls and the video because she made it seem as if I was rude and the recorded messages will confirm my tone. My husband has a portion of the video on his phone. I was ASSAULTED by Autumn the store manager. There was one customer in the store and another had arrived after the assault but appeared to have witnessed it from his car. I am 54 years old and I never in my entire life experienced anything like this before. As I stated I have video to show how IRATE, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL this person was.

I love this location, staff is extremely friendly and pizza is always, hot, fresh, delicious, affordable and ready on time! Papa johns pizza quality is definitely better then dominos or Pizza Hut. 5 stars for sure :)
