Loved it so many things to buy sushi is the best and I absolutely love love love their food the woman that makes this beautiful tray is amazing she makes it the same way gorgeous and flavorfully Everytime I come almost every week three times or more for the Akita party tray and she always come thru she is so polite and the Valentine's day one is so beautiful ❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️?❤️❤️❤️❤️

I guess its protocol for your employees to physically block the entrance for people who dont have their cards out and showing not me but someone a few customers ahead of me. I walked in and got told to have a nice day I dont appreciate being told what to do as a customer. I didnt respond so they said it louder as if though it was necessary as a paying customer to respond to that. They get paid because people like me come and spend money, definitley not the other way around. About 12:48 pm on 9/10/2023 the person checking for sams card member ship holders at the front. No shopping carts available

Worst gas station in their system. Attendants on their phone, not paying attention to the pumps clicking off and have to repeat your request several times. Rarely have 2 or more attendants in the evening when use is high.

Hello, my name is Louis Dalessio. Recently I visited your store to have car tires I purchased from you rebalanced and rotated. The supervisor I spoke with the day before told me to just bring the car in, no appointment necessary. When I arrived Friday to have this work done, the gentleman named Dan told me I needed to make appointment. I explained to him my conversation on the phone the day before. Several supervisors were present at this time but none offered any help whatsoever. I was alittle upset with the wasted trip there and Dan realized that, and asked if I was going to be shopping in the store. I said yes and Dan made a suggestion to leave car and keys there, if he could get to it , he would complete service. This was not my first time here, and Dan seems to be the only person available in this department. Someone please get him reliable help. Dan seems very dedicated to his job. Long story short, when I returned from shopping, Dan was finishing up on my car. If I may, I would like to offer a commendation to Dan, who exemplified true and very rare in todays world, true professionalism and pride in his job. It’s nice to see that this still exist. My hope is that your company realizes Dans worth and privilege to have an employee like him. I can’t say enough how refreshing it was to deal with someone who could think of a possible solution and resolve for me, the customer. Great job from a Great Gentleman. Upon his next review, please give him a raise in pay as he has proved he is worth it. It’s employees like him that make customers like myself come back. Awesome Job!!!

Stacy was so unprofessional. She was disrespectful and rude. Never once have I had a bad experience here until today. Someone needs to learn to have some good customer service.

I was helped by a really nice man named Vic last evening about 6pm-ish who was stocking shelves. He was so kind and helpful by reaching up high on a shelf for me and then helping direct me where to go! You really should hire more people like Vic at Sams. Thank you Vic and Thanks Sams club

Last Saturday I went to order food about 705pm and was told they closed at 7pm even though the store is open until 8pm. Okay fine. This Saturday I go at 645pm. Guess what. Closed again. I was told they normally close at 7pm but had to close earlier because of no breaks. I was annoyed last time, but understood. Now I am really annoyed. At least be consistent.

I use to frequent this location but after tonight I will no longer patronize this location? I’ve been a frequent shopper here for years and even when I come back from Miami for business this is where I purchase things for my businesses. Never again. For the last time I have been racially profiled. I come here and spend 100s of dollars multiple times a month and tonight I was told I could no longer use a flat bed in self check out. I USE SELF-CHECKOUT AT EVERY LOCATION IF I DONT DO SCAN AND GO AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS AT NO OTHER LOCATION! LAST WEEK I WAS TOLD I HAD TOO MANY ITEMS FOR SCAN & GO! I AM DONE. THE NEW MANAGEMENT AINT EVEN THE ANSWER CUZ THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AGAIN AS OF TODAY. I will be following up with cooperate as well.
