Excellent service from Paige in the copy center!! She caught something that was an error on my end, took time to explain AND help me correct it (I am tech challenged) and my print job turned out beautifully! Very grateful. It's hard to find "going the extra mile" service these days, but she definitely displays that and I appreciated it! I will be back!

The copy center and staff are always on point but I was impressed by the cashier and workers behind the counter who went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Quickly signed me up for rewards and discounts.

The women at the "charity" no kid hungry that loiters out front of staples are incredible rude. It makes me not want to go to staples at all. I'm not even sure they are actually affiliated with the real no kid hungry charity, I think they are just scammers

If you haven't noticed, These Staple's stores are slowly disappearing. Sure, I hate the deceptive pricing. Everyone isn't walking in to buy in bulk. They do have good occasional advertised sales, and some items that aren't available at other stores. But the best reason that I can give for keeping these stores open is the convenience of their printers that can be accessed from your phone. And their printing department that is pretty good at taking care of all of your printed marketing needs. I want to curse every time that things occasionally don't work smoothly while there. Or I forget to change the setting from color to black & white. But overall, the services here are much needed. Think about all of the jokes about Radio Shack and their salesmen that were made. I still wish that store was still open, even though it took forever just to buy the one or two items that I walked in to get. I'm choosing my petty complaints more carefully these days!!

Paige at the print counter needs some customer service training. She makes you feel as though you are bothering her if you need to ask a question or need any assistance. I’ve been coming here for years and everyone has always been helpful, but because of my experience today I’ll drive further to another printing company.

I stopped in this Staples to see what type of office chair I could purchase. The store was very neat, clean, orderly and well-stocked. They had several office chairs available. I tried all of them and purchased the one I liked best - which just happened to be on sale. It is a high-back chair and I am still using it. The salesman went to the register with me, when I checked out. He then went to my car with me and put the chair in my car. He could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this store.

I would of have this store 1 star if it wasn’t for (Ms. Susan I )fixing a mistake that she wrote down and explained for the other staff to follow when they came in the next day. She has a great sense of humor and also knows how to fix problems and make sure everything you want from staples is correct and accurate to what you asked for.

Don't go to this location to return ur Amazon orders. They will deny you. Manager told me that they won't take my Amazon return. I'm not understanding this, since Amazon told me to go ups. Maybe staples has some bias toward staples.

Update your hours of operation. I went to this location at 8:30 this evening and wasted time and gas. It wasn't just me there were four others that showed up around the same time. The hours of operation are incorrect on yelp and other navigation apps. Absolutely despicable! Terrible way to run a business!!

Went Saturday for a printer that said, "in store only". Simpleton at counter tried to say I misunderstood, and it was "online only". I showed him the picture. He stood there, and asked if I was sure it was at Staples. THEN he said, we don't carry that item...WTH. L***** Second time in a year with poor service there...just NO.

So yesterday I found myself stuck in Staples in Deptford NJ for at least 5 hrs after my neatly stacked 700 page novel jammed as it was printing,lol!!!! Catastrophe overted but I realized how pleasant the atmosphere was thanks to the amazing staff and pleasant customers!!! It dawned on me later as a shopper there for maybe 20 years, Staples staff and Managers are always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Not just as this location. Also in Cherry Hill NJ, Mantua/West Deptford NJ, Turnersville , and Millville NJ. Keep up the great service!

Such bad customer service. Came in for printing, waited an hour, eventually left and said i'll come back later. The girl said she will take off the cutting cost. Finally come 4 hours later, to a different associate, who is rude telling me that it is not ready, it hasn't been started and she is not to blame because she wasn't there. Tells me it will be ready in an hour. I come back AGAIN an hour and a half later to a different associate, supposedly the manager Jazmyn, she rings me up, with the cutting charge on it, I mention to her that the girl from the morning had told me that the cutting fee would be waved. Jazmyn proceeds to tell me that she will absolutely not remove that charge, if I don't want to pay for it. She will reprint my work and not cut it (so that is just plain spiteful considering she will waste a whole order of printing to avoid keeping the customer happy as she was promised) she raised her voice infront of other customers. She even told me I can go to a different location if I please. After 15min of humiliation she finally took 20% discount off the color printing charge. Her supervisor is Ross. I hope this gets dealt with because this is not customer service by any means.
