Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation. I truly can’t thank him enough.Not to be dramatic but Aaron truly made my day better.Thank you so much Aaron! You’re amazing

Walked in and the larger fellow just sat there with his mask on, and played on his phone. Just kept saying we don't do this we don't that, when yes they do you can get your phone fixed for 30 dollars you don't need to order a replacement and have to send back a phone you paid off. He should be fired. Poor service handed me a peice of paper and said call tmobile for a phone this lazy woke america Genz needs to kick rocks. Just ask for someone else or talk to someone through the app or call before you go up.

I came to the Deptford store needing technical support. I'm not tech savvy. I received excellent help from 2 of your tech savvy staff, "Taylor & Kristel".They were so knowledgeable, courteous and resolved my problem so easy! Both Taylor & Kristel are strong assets to T-Mobile. I'm very appreciative.

The dude wanted the primary holder my brother to get me a shipping label to return my old iPhone 13. Lame dude really lame. I am just trying to return the phone it ain’t like I’m buying a new phone I already got one. By the way that Hispanic dude makes me feel really uncomfortable because he is very rude. Why is he here in USA. Taking our jobs away but that’s irrelevant I apologize. But seriously not helpful at all even if they needed the primary holder which is true I can’t say anything about that. Maybe I will go to a different T-mobile store this one makes me feel uncomfortable.

The guest experience and customer service is trash every time. I'm forced to visit this t mobile I leave without upgrading my phone. The sales associates are Uneducated on product knowledge and have no clue when you ask them questions

Steer clear of this location and T-Mobile unless you want to fall victim to their bait and switch tactics. They lure you in with all of these promotions and then tell you that they don’t apply to you until AFTER you traded in your phones and signed on the dotted line!Additionally, they promise to fix the situation and then do nothing! Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! Stay away!

Completely an utterly incompetent. Poor management. If you were a Sprint customer expecting good customer service you want to switch to AT&T or Verizon. Left a message for the manager on Sunday and Monday still no call back for compensation of employee mistake. My daughter went with a broken phone screen and was told to go to the Apple store, they no longer repair. When you go to the Apple store they will bill you $200 not $30 like the employee at T-mobile tells you. What you need to do is contact the 3rd party insurance company that you get billed $15 a month for and set a claim up. You need to train your people better Pete.

Good store, good service, the sales man Joe lolly I believe is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got my new phone activated and working perfectly in a short time. I am very happy. Thank you Joe for taking the time to answer all my question.
