Definitely not the best target I've been to. The store is OK, somewhat kept, multiple shelves are disheveled. The service was the worst part of this target. Employees are not eager to help, but rather seem disturbed or annoyed by any questions that you may have.The lady at the checkout counter would probably benefit from retraining. I had approximately 15 to 20 items both grocery and non-grocery, she proceeded to check everything out and placed it in a large pile at the end of the counter. She did not ask if I wanted a bag (and I do not mind if I had to purchase one for $.99) and just left them there and looked at me. I had to asked to purchase a bag, and bag the items as she just stood there looking as if that was novel to her to bag the items. We bagged our own items while she watched. The next customer was waiting for our transaction to completely end so that, the counter space could be used for the next transaction. Can't tell it it was laziness or ignorance. But either way, it's just a poor reflection of how people are trained at this location and how this particular target is managed.

A problem with someone last year and that was fine that was resolved. But yet again I just encountered another person at the same target. His name was DANTE he was a cashier and I was trying to do the spend 50 get 15 back. I handed him my paper coupons and instead of scanning my coupons he literally took the money off the item so I wouldn't qualify for the spend deal. When I asked him to just please scan the coupon he was acting cocky. Stating that I can purchase a $15 gift card. Disappointed in young cashiers Having the audacity to get cocky with a customer telling me he knew something when I just got out of his line and went somewhere else and got the same items and walked out with a $15 gift card after spending 50

Employees are so lazy in the store you ask a question and if they don't know off the top of their head the response such as where is the canned cat food they just look at one time and I don't know there might be one or two employees that might actually take out their store scanner and look for those items but your unlikely to find someone

I find it incredibly displeasing to have a shopping experience interrupted by two "employees" trying to sell me a phone plan. One employee greeted me very kindly asking if I found everything okay. After returning their greeting, I am then asked about how much I pay for my cell service. To which, I replied politely that "I am not willing to share that information with anyone, sorry". I am then told that I must not like to save money and stalked through aisle afterward just seems incredibly unprofessional. I think I'll shop elsewhere from now on or order online.

If you are buying visa gift cards for people you better check the receipt. They charge $5 activation fee each card. What a rip off. Never even thought to look. Needed $75 worth so bought a $25 and a $50. So $10 in fees. Shady as hell.

I mean..soooo are there people out there that dislike Target? Can't be! lol. Anyway, I was in the area shopping and had to see if there was a Target nearby. I think the ONLY gripe I have with any Target is that their appliances are almost always much more expensive than anywhere else. A Keurig at Walmart can be $79, here at Target it's $100 and I don't get it. This location's women's section left much to be desired. Messy and a small selection. Customer service was great when I needed help finding Method cleaning products. Towards the back of the store was a bit odd because it looked like aisles of totally random things. In one group of aisles were vitamins, then the next aisle was toilet paper and snacks.. Perhaps it was overstock or something.

I was at the Deptford target on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, to pick up a present for my granddaughter. The website indicated that the product we were looking for was there, but when I arrived at the target store the product had already been sold. As I contemplated how I was going to get this present young lady by the name of Tiffany asked if I needed any help. Clearly I did. I commend her professionalism. Tiffany took the tim to locate the same toy at another Target, and also made a call to that store to have the store hold the product for me to pick up. Tiffany is a great employee who has the right attitude and with that attitude will do well in any work environment. Thanks Tiffany

I recently purchased a bike and had it assembled by Target. 2 months after the purchase, the handle bars came apart and fell off... WHILE I WAS RIDING THE BIKE! I tried to contact the store to determine what my next step is, but regardless of what department I try, NO ONE ANWERS THE PHONE! I am a new Target shopper and expected better service.

I used to love this target but they have recently become unprofessional !! I ordered a big kitchen set for my daughter on December 9th and was notified that it was ready on today the 21st. When I went in the store to pick it up , they were looking all around the store for my order , then after approximately 5 minutes , they said "your order is lost, all we can do is cancel it" when I asked well where is it ? It's a little bit of an inconvenience but I still want my order. The manager then looked at me like I had 10 heads and they were no help at all . After being so patient , I asked for the number to their corporate office, because something I ordered on the 9th shouldn't be missing from the store if it was never picked up ! Instead of giving me the corporate the number .. the manager insisted on giving me a fake Number ! Yes , a fake number ! I didn't realize Until after I left the store. So I got on google and found the real corporate phone number . It's so unprofessional and unorganized to lose an online order. DO BETTER !!

Hi my names ronald, and ive been unemployed now for about 6 weeks. Supplies are getting low. One of my kids called me a f****** l**** so here i am at my favorite neighborhood supply store. Target. My winnebago took a s*** about a mile back down the road so here i am walking to target. I get there and lm kinda hungry. So i head to their restaurant and i sit down. About an hour later i come to the conclusion that i wont be served. I get in line and the b**** gives me a stern talking to. I don't really know why. I cant atop staring at her buzzcut shape up and neck tat. Anyway, i order an all beef dog and some cola. She tells me to wait a minute. I might as well work here myself because im doing more than this b**** is. I mean the audacity she had to make me do it all myself. This has nerver happened to me and i couldnt be more disappointed. I scarf down my cola and dog and head to the isles to pick up some things. A tooth brush, a frying pan, and a stack of paper towls for starters. The employees were also about as useless as a pair of sunglasses for a blind dude. Anyway, i get all my supplies in hopes to sustain life for another 2 weeks. Target is usually a really good place to shop for me. But unfortunately i had a bad episode today. I arrived back at my RV to see that it was just out of gas. So it appears im now living by the deptford mall. Ive just had a really bad past couple of days and now this on top of it just really sweetened the pot
