I went to return a package that had some extra Priority Express tape on it. The employee told me he would not accept the package unless I removed the tape, which I was willing to do. However, when I asked for clear tape so I could re-seal the box, he refused and told me I would have to purchase tape for $3—even though this was a prepaid return label. I felt this was unreasonable and not in line with previous USPS experiences, where such small issues were resolved with basic assistance.
More concerning, I have noticed that this employee consistently treats me differently compared to how he treats others, including my husband. Several of my colleagues have also mentioned similar experiences at this location. His demeanor is often rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming.

All of the employees at this location are super friendly and do their best. I'm a somewhat frequent patron as I have an online business. It seems understaffed, and if they had to deal with half of the people in these reviews every day, I would be frazzled too. I've never had a bad experience here, and any long waits I had to deal with were other customer's faults, not the office staff.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for service. While several employees walked past me. I wS the only one in there. Several people walked out bc they were tired of waiting.
Also, she hit the happy face for service. I was NOT happy with the service.

Missing mail, Mail frequently marked undeliverable?? ( A paycheck, recently never received and then 14 days later sent back to my job marked undeliverable??? Mail from a Credit Card company I used never received or returned to sender.
New Debit cards, Membership Cards all still missing or marked Undeliverable and sent back to sender......God only knows what else. A piece of mail with my Retirement information I did get amonth ago looked like someone folded it up and had in back pocket before delivered. Time Sensitive paperwork addressed to me went all the way to Minnesota?? then finally to my address---several weeks later?! Something very dishonest and Questionable has been going on at this Distribution Center for quite some time now.

I run an eBay business and sometimes I show up with 20+ items at a time. We swap bins and they later scan them when they have time instead of holding up the line. I have never once had a package scanned late. I have also never had a package get lost. The staff are always friendly and I have never had an issue with service. The mail carriers are also all very nice people.
I have also gotten my passport here and had zero issues. I was done in 15 minutes and my passport came in the mail two weeks later. I think the people having issues might not be telling the full story.

Placed an order through EBay. My item was out for delivery on 6/5/2025. It was never delivered. All I received was an apology. I don’t want an apology. I want my missing item or compensation.

Horrible! The old lady was extremely disrespectful!!! We entered store at 5:20 but there was a long queue and they kicked us out once it was 5:30.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. i had the worst experience. i arrived early for my 10:30 appointment and was immediately greeted with nothing but attitude. i waited for 20 mins when there was no line and multiple employees who could have assisted me. by the time someone called my name, i headed to the desk and i had all of my materials i was told to bring to my passport appointment. online, they never said anything about needing a printed application, and the lady said i needed it to get assisted for my appointment. they had printed applications at the desk so i asked if i could fill it out quickly then get assisted. she said no and i needed to come back another day. i took off work and wasted a beautiful sunny day on this nonsense. DONT COME HERE !

People complaining about passports and if they only knew that this location only has 1 passport agent, if that clerk gets sick or has vacations there’s no one else. Please be nice to the clerks they are not the one that makes the prices in the post office, make up the rules, or have to stay past closing time when someone is walking in 2 minutes before closing…. Please be considerate!!!

Never going back! The clerk was squeezing my package asking me what was in it! Never asked me what type of shipping I wanted. Just randomly pick a shipping method. This was on 04/24/2025! Maybe management will do something! Lady had black hair!

Ive had people tell me don’t go to this post office for anything. And honestly it seems like they’re right based on my experiences every time i go. This office needs to stop scheduling passport appointments if they’re just gonna cancel them.
