Doctor and technician were very nice. Explained everything. Answered all my questions. I have diabetes. They went out of their way to get me the extra care I needed and explained the way my eyes can be effected by my diabetes. Will definitely be back.

Staff was extremely helpful. They explained insurance and cost throughout the process. Dr maya panchal is absolutely amazing!! She is thorough and kind. She explained the process and what to expect with contacts. She was the highlight of the visit. An amazing professional and a caring human being.

I went to make an appointment online and they were booked weeks in advance apparently? No problem, I made an appointment for the next available time in a few weeks. The day before my scheduled exam, I get a text from them asking for info about my insurance. After providing them with said info they inform me that they take my insurance, but they are "out of network" so will not accept it. Nothing like waiting til the last possible moment. Would avoid at all costs

I had my first appointment today. I loved that there was communication through text messages prior to the appointment. The staff was very kind and helpful and I was waited on very quickly. Very nice new equipment. The doctor was very sweet, patient and thorough! Every part of the process was quick and painless. Very happy with my new eye doctor.
