Don't waste your time. Don't invest in their services. I just left the store and the guy told me there's nothing he can do for me that my battery is dying extremely quickly !! TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CALL GOOGLE TO SETTLE THAT SITUATION EVEN THOUGH THE PHONEIS ONLY 14 MONTHS OLD. In the meantime they lied to me misled me. I would never have bought a my realizing I was actually be paying $700 for the phone. I'm dropping the phone. Don't care. Let it go to collections. I'm so sick of companys screwing us over and that is all they do. They have us at their freaking Mercy. What a scam. People just aren't reputable anymore and company certainly are not and we all know it . Too late I looked up the ratings!!!!I I never deal with a company that's under a 2.4 review and the one in deptford. It's a 3.5 I should have looked first!!!! It's because it's corporate and they don't care about us. They really don't but I guess you already know that

I never had a problem with Comcast until I had to cancel — that’s when everything went downhill. They have the worst customer service and make the entire process a huge hassle. I’ll never consider using Comcast again.

I had a great experience at the deptford xfinity store getting my new samsung s25 ultra! I was assisted by Dirk Ranck and he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable!

Went to this Xfinity Store on Saturday to get a new phone and upgrade my plan, and my friend to discuss her plan. Anthony helped us and he was wonderful. He was patient and understanding and answered all our questions on several topics. He even saved us, and several people around us, money. He is a fantastic member of their customer service team. Thank you again Anthony.

Just left this store and the manager was ignorant and wouldn't even help us when we asked a few questions about wifi service. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Don't use this store the staff is rude and ignorant.

I had a great experience! The employees were very professional and friendly. The store started to get busy and their team came together to help each customer with a smile. Special Thanks to Dirk for all his help. My wife and I went 3 weeks without having cell phones (transfer from AT&T good riddance). He took care of us and was extremely patient with our situation. Thank you to all the staff at this Xfinity location and especially Dirk, you rock!

Sent us a broken box. Said we didnt need an appointment and to just run in and they will exchange it. There was an issue so we had to wait to talk to someone else. 30 minutes later… still waiting… terrible customer service. Dont tell people they dont need an appointment then make them wait while people with appointments walk in and get seen right away.

They will scam you left and right out of money as they claim they can't process your payment even though the money came from your bank account. Just avoid at all cost.
