I have waited a week for my package. Put the signs at the end of the street. Called customer service they are rude people do not listen to the customer. All they do is talk over you because they have a script they have yo read every time. And can not go off it . They shout at you and sometimes the hang up on you. I will never order anything again that has to go though FedEx.

“Attempted Delivery” Cameras setup on the whole property and not 1 fedex truck seen all day. Pretty sure they stealing packages!

No one warned me that I needed to sign for the package, so they left a door slip. The door slip had no signature option and they don’t tell you what time they’re coming back, they just say before 8pm. I cannot take off work to receive a package and they didn’t leave a slip I can sign. I called customer service and got a robot 4x.. I’ve never had this issue with any other FedEx. The incompetence is astounding. Missed my delivery for 2 days now and I have to go out of my way after work to pick it up. I’ve never once written a review about any business - ever. But this FedEx is terrible. Do yourself a favor and get it relocated if you can.

They never deliver my package!!!! I called today in the morning since the tracking showed me a issue for delivery my order but the representative Elvie stated and assured that I’m going to get my package today and that she fix the problem in the system, now is 3:30pm in the afternoon and I called again and the person told me that I’m not going to get the delivery since the address was never updated. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable! The worst delivery service ever! With the worst customer service call center or whatever… Both of your representative completely ignored costumer requests and play with costumer time!!!

They’ve had my package for 4 days and keep lying thats it’s out for delivery but it never arrives. Says it’s because of weather. I guess driving those trucks on a sunny day is very difficult

Packages are consistently left in a puddle of water when it rains. I clearly have a note on my door asking that packages be left on a bench under the overhang roof. Is that so difficult? Apparently. I filed a complaint & the most obnoxious route supervisor argued with me the minute i got on the phone with him. I told him i could send him a picture of the wet package & he said not to. He was very nasty and i told him this happens all the time. He was not interested & just said hell take care of it & hung up. I plan on contacting any company using fed ex for their deliveries to let them know of fed ex incompetence. And they wonder why Amazon is doing so well. Amazon is always courteous and deliver as requested.

Over the past 10 years, if I have a package that passes through this facility, there is a greater than 50% chance that it will not arrive on time. Reasons will range from "delivery attempted" (it never is, I have a driveway camera) to "delivery exception", aka no attempt will be made.

I took a day off this past Friday as I had a pickup schedule for 9am-6pm. I was home the entire day. The driver never came to pick up the package. Fedex called asking if I was home and said the driver came but nobody was home. I told them I was. I even left my door open and the package was sitting outside. They said the driver would come back out, but he/she never did. No door tag was left either. Why can't people just do their jobs? If you don't want to work then don't. There are people out there that want to and will. You affect other people a negative way that takes away rather than adds something to this world.

Terrible, they lose the packages as if nothing had happened and they call and do not solve anything. The driver leaves the package where he wants it, not where it is, terrible service.
