It's exactly how a store network of employees should be, and for that I totally appreciate this place especially given the current understaffing conditions that they find themselves in these days. “I absolutely love Cerbo's for all of my spring and summer plants, but a special THANK YOU for the incredible customer service from Kris today. My employees gave me a generous gift card in December 2024, and I was looking for the email to redeem the certificate for some last-minute Christmas gifts this week. I couldn't find the email with the gift card link anyplace, and Kris was able to locate the gift card in her system and re-issue to me within an hour of my phone call. It could have been so easy to tell me I was out of luck for the lost card....but she went above and beyond in a busy season to help me. This type of service is why I shop local! Jenn was excellent to work with—personable, attentive, and with a great eye for plants. Her design was both thoughtful and beautiful. Country Mile's installation crew did an outstanding job as well. The area was a minefield of electrical conduit and drainage pipes, yet they worked efficiently and carefully, handling everything seamlessly. We’re delighted with the results.”

“What a great place! We stopped by over the Thanksgiving weekend. They have a lot to see. The Christmas barn has many unique twists on holiday decorations.
It was cold and rainy, but they had a fire going with marshmallows to toast, free warm drinks and pastries, which made it much nicer!
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
In the end we bought indoor plants, decorations and a Christmas tree.
We even had our picture taken with Santa.
The pricing varied. Some things were very reasonable and some were pricey.
Overall, it made for a great afternoon. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Giving this Home Depot a 5 star review specifically for the amazing customer service I received. I ordered a vanity online and then a few weeks later saw that it was 40% off ($600 difference from what I paid). My husband and I came to the store to see if they would match the price without us having to bring the vanity back, because I am pregnant and the vanity was very heavy to move. We went over to the returns area and the nicest woman helped us, I unfortunately cannot remember her name but I will make sure to get it on my next trip back and add it on to this review. Because the request was a little confusing, she called a manager over who wouldn't give us the time of day and basically said since we ordered it online that we had to call Home Depot online customer service and figure it out on our own. The woman who ended up helping us made the call for us and waited on the phone for about 15 mins and ended up explaining the situation and got us the $600 back without us having to bring the vanity back. She is amazing and deserves a big fat raise”
