I have had to keep a storage due to moving back home to help my sister who still is working to help take care of my 92yr old mom who can't be left alone. I am 70 on a fixed income - waiting now for a year, and probably longer for senior housing. I started with Public storage at 199.00 a year ago, they have increased the rent 4xs now- recently January 2025 - 283.71 - it's now March and they have sent an email that again my storage fee will be 375.00 in May for a 10x15 rental. Although clean and secured - when I ask about the increases they just say because it's their land rent???? That increases more than 4xs a year - everybody gets these increases?????? Going to complain to the BBB - I looked them up - they are not part of the BBB.

First time ever using a storage facility and I truly landed in the right place. Facility is super clean, very well lit, and the staff (Heather) was super helpful and friendly. If you find yourself needing extra storage I highly recommend Storage Place in Dover NJ. 👍👍
