The only reason I've been coming here is because James is great at cutting hair, but good luck trying to get an appointment with him because the old Asian lady who barely speaks English picks up the phone and is in charge of making appointments.
She will make the appointment for you with James, then when you get there tell you that he isn't here and if you want her to cut your hair lol
Bait and switch!
And she is awful at cutting hair. I had her before and I had to get my hair fixed at another place due to her botched job.
EDIT: I just read some newer reviews and saw that James no longer works here because of the evil owner. I am begging everyone, if you know where James went, please post a review.
I have had my haircut several times since James disappeared and no one has come even close to how good he was.
JAMES PLEASE LET US KNOW WHERE YOU WENT!
I would pay $100 just for him to wash and cut my hair again, that's how good he was!

I have been going to place for years. Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with the outcome of my highlights. The color does not look as discussed, the blending is uneven, and overall, the result falls far below the professional standards I expected. I asked for James when i booked the appointment owner said no problem he will do your hairs. When i went there he wasn't there someone else did my hairs. She lied to me. For shoulder length hairs the guy took 4.5 hrs. Unreal! Never going back again.

I was a loyal customer before. Have been here more than 10 years, until I got fooled by the woman.
When I tried to make an appointment with James, she told i made appointment successful. After I came in, she said “James is not here today, let me or someone else cut your hair” and she did a terrible job on hair cuttings.
Then I figured out Mei & James are not working here anymore b/c this woman is a bad owner. If you are looking for them, do NOT come in.

Every single person here is friendly, professional and amazing at what they do.
We got our hair cut by each person here at least once. Everyone at this salon is very skilled! 10/10!! I highly recommend coming here and be respectful and kind. Google translate is available for language barriers. You shouldn’t complain about lack of English in a multicultural society.

My mom told me to come and I did, best decision ever. I did a permanent straightening with Anson, he did such a good job! He took care of my hair and asked me if I was ok multiple times. Everyone in this salon is very polite and caring, I felt very welcomed and the environment is very relaxing too. Def recommend coming here ✨

Love my hair! My co-workers referred them to me and told me to ask for Anson specifically. I was not disappointed. He followed exactly what I wanted when I showed him a picture of the hairstyle. He spent an hour layering my hair and perfecting the style and cut (layered medium length, face frame and curtain bangs). Well worth it and very affordable. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be HAPPIER with this salon!! Today was my first time there and I walked in with orange hair due to prior terrible bleaching… I wanted a natural balayage and PAUL was an absolute magician! He fixed the color of my hair and was very polite as well.
This salon also has the most amazing wash-scalp massage and all!
Grace the owner is a sweetheart and all the customers left happy! Definitely recommend!

They do a bad job in keeping your appointment neither do they apologize for keeping your waiting for an excessive amount of time. The owner was rude and arrogant! Not coming back.

Lucy made my nails, it was a great experience, well detailed and as bonus she gave me a neck and back massage while drying my nails. Definitely coming back.
