I'm not really one to leave reviews albeit negative ones, but I did not have a good experience here. I'm fairly young and just cashed in my first check in person (normally I do it online, but my app wasn't taking this specific check for some reason) and the lady at the front desk met me with impatience. At one point she gave me cash when I thought I was clear when I said that I just wanted it in my account and she snarkily asked me if "i was okay". I mean, I get it, I don't know bank terminology and perhaps misspoke, but was that really necessary? I left an extra star because it still did its job and we got the money in my account, but I'd avoid going to this location in the future.

Visit 1: Can't open an account with these people because they want me to make an on-the-spot deposit of a large sum of cash rather than agree to take a transfer from another bank.Visit 2: Can't even get $20 worth of quarter rolls because I don't have an account with them.Most inconvenient bank ever. I think they are a complete scam.

What a great experience I had recently at the Dover TD Bank.Domenica Ruiz beyond pleasant & professional!!! Management under the helm of Lydia Silfa is a very positive experience these days as well!!! Love this branch- amazing staff!!!

Worst TD bank ever, never answer the phone, and manager is never around. They make careless mistakes and blames the customer.

Don't even try calling this Branch because they are extremely rude and impatient. Instead of trying to help and try to understand your situation they instead try to interrupt you like your the one who's illiterate. Let's just say they are not trained to have BASIC customer service. I just wish they receive more training.

Very slow and not helpful. TD bank has gone from the most convenient to most inconvenient bank. Had to wait an hour to close out an empty safe deposit box - what a broken process and business.

Great people just never enough of them. Always sorely understaffed. Shouldn't have to be 4 or 5 cars deep and 5 or 6 people deep. It's a regular business day and they literally have 2 tellers. One for drive thru and one for inside. Crazy
