Horrible customer service. I purchased something here and when I got home the package was empty. I went to exchange it and they wouldn’t. The manager said their system wouldn’t even allow them too (which was an obvious lie, the employee working customer service had already started the transaction and the system seemed to be able to handle the exchange just fine). Not sure the reasoning for denying the exchange exactly, but all in all a bad call on the managements part

This Walmart is clean and organized, the staff are friendly and helpful. I've been here quite a few times without any bad experiences.

I Was at the Rockaway store buying flowers around 9:30 am. There were 3or 4 Clarence tables. I was told some of the Clarence price tags come off during watering. I was checking out where the grill area was the cashier was very unprofessional, never said a word , he was changing me regular price for the things that didn’t have a clarence tag i was trying to tell him it was the same item. He wouldn’t listening and was telling me it was my problem' not his. He told me to go to customer service if I had a problem

Nothing negative to say about this place, your regular walmart. The usual stuff, plenty of parking spaces. Items are out of stock. Some employees don’t want to be there but most are nice. Kinda like better call saul characters:) just joking.

I have never seen a cleaner, well maintained Walmart. One thing I noticed was the app count for quantities per item weren't correct. I was shopping for a frother and it said 8 but the store had none.

I place an order online May 4, 2024. The was delivered late and it was incomplete.i called customer service approximately 6 times for items to be deliver. Today I have no received the items. I am on hold with a another customer representative fron the 1800 online service. He is trying to help with refund. He is angry and he is no to blame. I explain to the customer service the order is incomplete and need someone to complete the order. I thank you for your time. I will like better customer service next time.

Large format store with everything you need. Lots of stock available, a helpful team and both self checkout and assisted checkout options. Also subway outlet in store.

It is very large and crowded, you can buy almost anything like meats, vegetables and fruits, and the best thing is that they serve late and without changing parking you can go to other stores like Burlington, for example.
