“Auto body work is not cheap, even with insurance and rental car. They took a $100 off the cash job. It was supposed to be 800, and they only charged me 700 plus had an out-of-pocket fee with the insurance company. It was a good job. Car was done on time and it was clean, like I said, auto body work is not cheap. You need insurance. And I would recommend Victoria to anybody.”
“I recently had the pleasure of having my dented Lexus es350 repaired at Car Kraft of Englewood. My estimator, Ethan was able to see me immediately. His estimate was thorough and I received a written estimate within a few hours. While it was not the least expensive (it was literally the average of the highest and lowest of three), I felt it was reasonable. The work was to have taken a week to week and a half. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back in four days. The work was immaculate and the cost was 20% less than the estimate. Finally, no one at Car Kraft asked me to write a review. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because my TPMS warning light was still on when I picked up the vehicle. It wasn't clear whether the issue had been fully checked before the car was returned to me, which led to some confusion and additional time spent trying to figure out the cause but Buddy tried his best to help.
Aside from that, I'm very happy with the repair and appreciate the work the team put into restoring my vehicle. I would definitely consider using this shop again.”
