My cousin had a terrible experience at this branch. She arrived with all the required documentation to open an account, but the representative named Veronica immediately changed her attitude once she heard her accent. Instead of helping her, Veronica started asking inappropriate and irrelevant questions, such as:
• Whether she was a U.S. citizen
• Why she didn’t have a U.S. passport
• Her home country detailed address
• If she had a valid visa to be in the U.S.
• How long she had been living in the U.S.
• How she entered the country
She even told my cousin that her Social Security Number “could not be used” to open an account, which is absolutely FALSE. When my cousin, feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, asked to speak with someone else, Veronica refused and insisted she was the only one available, denying her the right to fair service.
This was a clear act of discrimination. My cousin left feeling humiliated. It is unacceptable that a financial institution treats people this way, especially one that should support and serve the community with respect and equality.
I sincerely hope management takes serious action and ensures no one else is subjected to this kind of discriminatory behavior here again.

I opened an account recently and it doesn't allow me to zelle money, use my card for atm transaction or allow me to add a new pin on the phone I made a huge mistake opening account with this place I'm thinking of closing this account and returning to Wells Fargo there is no one to help after Saturday afternoon if you call or use chat on other words you screwed if you have an issue on Sunday

The teller (middle one among three tellers, I don’t remember her name) refused to take deposit with my valid DL. I opened another CU (MSGCU) in MI 10 years ago, and my DL at that time was renewed. She asked me to update my DL to current one; so, I did it in front of her with my CU customer service, and she still didn’t want to take my DL saying my current address has to match with the DL. Since I recently moved to NJ and my MI DL is good for until October, I haven’t changed it to NJ address. I used Vision CU branch in Englewood Cliffs to deposit for many years, but this branch teller was very arrogant and refused to take DL even if she saw me updating my DL in my MI CU (MSGCU). I guess she is not supposed to be a customer facing. Very arrogant and unfriendly person. I had terrible experience while I had very good and pleasant experiences with the people in Englewood Cliffs branch.

I was discriminated by certain employee. I’m surprised this practice still going on. Refuse to give me service even though Vision credit is part of shared banking. Please read your company vision statement.

You really can't find loans this good at any other banks around. Their unsecured personal loan rates, used car loan rates, etc. are untouchable. I've shopped online, and couldn't find anywhere else who could come close.
