“Gregs rating should be a 5.0! He takes pride in what he does and runs a great business! Please ignore all the negative reviews. These are from people from social media that has probably never stepped a foot on his lot! He is obviously very transparent or else why would he record his interactions if he had something to hide. Keep it going Greg!”

“(Context) I just left home from dropping off my kids at the school bus while still in uniform from work after a (24hr) shift. Tired and it was 80 degrees outside, and NOT once was I reminded of either. Plainly put it, I felt at home with the owner and the team. The hospitality was present at all times. Respect was most definitely provided. If anyone can relate to some or all of the circumstances, then you know it’s rare to experience that type of service. Further more, I noticed that he had a place of business that exceeded my expectations. Wry clean and organized. The pricing was great and I ensured that I would return for continued service for my wife’s car. When you meet ppl like them, you truly appreciate the value of attention to detail and professionalism. The employees and good friend of the owner was VERY professional and well spoken both on the phone and in person. Great work fellas and I pray for your continued growth and success. ? The work done was a dash cam (Red Tiger). He even showed me the work as it was done.”

“2nd job that Mr. Flow did on my 2008 Nissan Altima, the first being the replacement of trim on my car. I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my car was returned looking better than when I brought it in. I have already informed them of my intrest in having another job done to my car in the very near future. The service was excellent from top to bottom. This, for me, helps in maintaining my car both inside and out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Updating this original post. I have returned twice, including this post. The first time was a paint job of my calipers and brake drums. This last time was to replace damaged tail lights. The work was done on both jobs in a timely manner and most importantly professionalism in workmanship. Their commitment to excellence is why I will remain a customer and, again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Flow to anyone.”

“Blown Away. Genuinely! Honestly didn’t know what to expect when I made that phone call but Kevin immediately made me feel at ease. No sales pitch, no fluff — just a straight conversation about my requirements and what they’d do about it. That kind of honesty upfront already told me I was in the right place. Then Mario got to work. And wow. I came back to a car that looked better than it has in years. I actually stood there for a moment just taking it in. Every inch of that Q7 was spotless — the paint was gleaming, the interior felt fresh, and even the little details that most places miss were taken care of. You can tell Mario genuinely takes pride in his work. It doesn’t feel like a job to him — it feels like a craft. Prices are fair. The team is very friendly. And most importantly, they do exactly what they say they’ll do I’m already planning to come back every year. Strongly suggest Auto star for your auto detailing. Btw they also provide many other services like tinting, ceramic coating etc. Kevin, Mario — thank you both. Really appreciate the care you put in. See you next year!”

“My vehicle was delivered to this repair shop after it broke down on the side of the road. My boyfriend found the shop and had it towed there. I was initially resistant to the repair shop checking all aspects of the vehicle because I had a previous evaluation done stating the starter wasn't working. However, the shop's leader said he would do what I asked, but the car hasn't been fully checked. After further examination, the shopkeeper found that the engine was blown. I was grateful that I didn't move forward with a starter.”

“Sherlock Automotive in Warren, NJ is truly in a league of its own. This is far more than just an automotive service shop — it’s a first-class customer experience from start to finish. What immediately stands out is that this is a genuinely hands-on operation. Owner Joe is actively involved in the business and takes tremendous pride in the experience every customer receives. His Service Manager, Rainer, is incredibly attentive, organized, and always on top of every detail. Together, they’ve created an environment where customers are truly known and valued. It’s the kind of place where they remember your name, your vehicle, and make you feel like more than just another service appointment. “Overall, my experience with Certified Bumper Repair was exceptional. Top-tier service that meets service level agreement and customer satisfaction. The following are some of the takeaways that defines exceptional service: Mission Statement - Do it right the first time. There is a sign at the location, which the work ethics are based on. This says a lot And adds to the craftsmanship of their work. Customer Service - Clear communication from the ladies that work in the office on the work that is being done. Always updating the customer on progress and next steps. These are key when building trust and allowing an organization to do work on your car. Repair Quality -Genuine Lexus Replacement Parts used to repair the vehicle from the Lexus dealer. More over, the craftmanship of Jose, Junior And the team's practices set the bar for delivering quality service while working on the project. The car looks new from the factory. After repair - Building a relationship, a customer service relationship where customers are comfortable and satisfied with the service. I made a request after the repair. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and satisfy the need for my request.”

“Great quality work at fair prices! Took my vehicle to Jeff to address some damage to the exterior due to recent snow removal efforts. Jeff did an amazing job of transforming my vehicle, it's looking better than when I brought it to him. It looks beautiful, shines and sparkles like a sheet of glass and every scratch, etc that was on my truck is gone. I plan on using only Jeff in the future for all of my vehicle detailing needs and also highly recommend to anyone looking for a true professional that takes pride in his work!Services: Full body wash”

Anyways, every 6 washes or something he gives me a free wash because they give him coupons so I get to wash my car inside and out for free. Cony at the desk is always pleasant and lets me put his number in for bonus rewards and points. Never go anywhere else for my car. 10/10!!”

I also used the Xtreme Clean car wash following the oil change and they too were great, highly recommend coming here. Rob”
