Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly pretty lucky to have run into a team like that. If I get to see them every time I stop by my storage unit, that’s a win in my book.

This is the first time I have rented a storage unit, and I was nervous about the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fluid and easy it was. The sales associate was very professional, and everything was well-stocked and organized. When I had a problem fitting my new couch into the unit, Angel took extra time to help me. I will definitely be telling friends and family! Thank you to everyone for making it a great place.

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage in NJ. Angel Gonzalez did an amazing job walking me through the entire process of purchasing my storage space. He took the time to show me the different unit sizes and helped me find the perfect match for my needs. Angel was extremely patient, thorough, and professional—explaining all the small details without any hesitation. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location and especially Angel for his professionalism and dedication.
