2 Stars because the atmosphere is bomb! I wish I would have read the reviews first before going but my daughter in law referred me and I loved her nails. The place is simply beautiful and welcoming. Not crowded and sat right down with my tech Kim by request. The staff was nice and pleasant. I requested an acrylic set with curved nails and squared. I requested a color not gel. From the start, I did not like the way she applied the tips, I repeatedly told her that the tips were too small width wise but she ignored me and kept going. I figured they’d widen a bit with acrylic so I let her continue. When I went to wash my hands I was very upset. I clearly said square and these were shaped like coffin nails and now I know why the nails were too small. I had another appointment and couldn’t stay to argue but she clearly knew I was not satisfied as she disappeared after polishing my nails. And a bad job about that too. I paid and left her a tip. Yes, I still tipped her-times are hard. Just got home and took off the color with non acetone remover immediately because it was lumpy and really examined my nails and took these pics. You can clearly see that the nails are too small for my nail bed and NOT what I asked for. You can see my nail/nail beds sticking out! These are going to break right off. Heck, I almost cut them off. If not for my hard earned $60 (with tip) I paid. There are some good nail technicians at this salon. Sadly, Kim is not one of them, in MY experience. Every time I took one of these photos for y’all I got even more upset!!!

I've scheduled appointments with the same nail technician for the past few months, but now they only take walk-ins, which is inconvenient for me because I prefer to have a certain person do my nails. I'm tired of this place and its hassles.

This is my go-to salon for my birthday nails and holiday nails for the past 6-7 years! They always get my designs right and the woman up front is so sweet and understanding. Love this place!

Every time i have come to this shop the have some type of problem i walked in with my daughter and said i would like a gel pedicure for my self and a gel combo for her the said okay a few min the proceed to do her service then all the mean while i am just waiting and waiting when my daughters pedicure is done i went to the manager and asked when would i receive my service and she tells me i just have to wait after i already waited almost a hour mean while ppl are walking getting serviced before me that came in after me i try to support because my business is on the same block but never again

I love this place Betsy the receptionist is the sweetest always so welcoming and Dylan is my go to when it comes to gel manicures and pedicures I’ve been coming here for a year now and they always take great care of me and get me in and out with a decent time idk how anyone could give this place a bad rating I see repeat customers everytime I’m here and everyone loves their work environment.

1st and last time coming here. $30 for some $2 chrome u get on wish is ridiculous. My tech was awsome and everyone was friendly but too damn expensive. All together it came out to $70 for a fill in with no paint, just a chrome overlay.

Usually a good place to get nails or toes done but recently went in for a gel pedicure and it peeled completely off in 2 weeks, usually gel pedis last a few months very disappointing as the prep was clearly done wrong for it to completely lift off my toe in 2 weeks, not what you expect for 40$ + 10$ tip :(

$40 for a NON- gel pedicure is utterly ridiculous price for a French pedicure. Let’s see how well pedicure holds up - I’m sure they have poor quality polishes like the one around the corner - Elegence and Viva where my polish was chipping within 5 consecutive days. The receptionist said $30 but the tech gave her the paper for $40. I’m going back up north Jersey to get my nails done. I don’t know how y’all are keeping these nail businesses open with such overpriced basic services with poor quality products. Smfhh

Horrible. Every time I come there is an issue. There is always schedule issues even when I make an appointment. They didn’t use tools that were disinfected with the microwave machine, she just sprayed it with alcohol and gave a quick wipe down. I was worried about a fungus so I walked out. On top of that I guess the woman had to use the bathroom but I waited 15 minutes right in the middle of just getting started. I wanted a French manicure regular and she was trying to talk me out of it. I had just got a manicure from somewhere else a couple days before so I only wanted a color change French and it was $30 they said just for the color change French only. I went to the next town over and got the color change tip French for $15. The first time I got gel nails there they forgot to do one nail with the gel so I had to go back and they had a bad attitude when it was their fault. Then I tried to schedule an appointment and that’s always an issue in some way. They are over priced and unorganized and no one is ever available but yet there is always people sitting around just talking or eating. There is one normal nice lady that does a good job and her name is Joy. I would not recommend this place and I will not be returning.

I’m new customer walked in for pricing after agreeing to a new full set & gel pedi they sat me down for 15 minutes. Plenty of staff members Available chatting almost themselves. When I asked if someone would be attending me the woman told me that the girls whose turn it was was eating. Not a smart decision made by this salon. When attending new clients especially if your staff is not ready you should pass the client in to one of the 3 others who were ready. Glad I left I was able to see their shotty nails. Pass this place ladies!

Ive been going to this place for years. Never had a bad experience until now. The nail tech who was doing my pedicure stabbed my cuticle with one of the tools and put my foot back into the water. I was in such terrible pain afterwards. My toe was throbbing all night. I went to citymd and was diagnosed with cellulitis which is a bacterial infection. Such a shame. They hire anyone now, especially the ones who don’t know what to do. Don’t just go to anyone in this salon. Go to the ones who own the place.
