Ive been going to this place for years. Never had a bad experience until now. The nail tech who was doing my pedicure stabbed my cuticle with one of the tools and put my foot back into the water. I was in such terrible pain afterwards. My toe was throbbing all night. I went to citymd and was diagnosed with cellulitis which is a bacterial infection. Such a shame. They hire anyone now, especially the ones who don’t know what to do. Don’t just go to anyone in this salon. Go to the ones who own the place.

What sort of business blames the customer for THEIR mistake!?I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted, and after 2 hours, she then realized she did it wrong! When I pointed it out, they said it was too late and there's nothing they could do about it. That would've been fine, but then the person who did my nails (who couldn't speak English) called the manager and someone else, then they all yelled at me. The nails are one thing, and I would've moved on if they were polite, but the customer service was just rude and awful. If you're looking for a friendly service for your service, this isn't the place to go.

Pedi is amazing by far both times I have gone to this location but I do wanna add that the lady who did my manicure really did not do great so for the mani I can’t say they did great I felt she rushed me out since it was closing time by the time they got done with my pedi so it felt rushed but to be honest I am willing to try a mani again maybe it was just the day I got a bad technician to do my manicure

I came her because my regular tech was fully booked . But Nina’s Nails we’re able to schedule me in same day. It’s a busy location but their customer service is great. I love how quick they were to seat me . I would advise to always make an appointment! You just never know, they ask about what nail design you’re looking into beforehand. I gave her something I found on Pinterest and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. She free handed it and still came out bomb. Besides the wait it was a great first visit. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

This used to be my favorite nail salon and would drive 20 minutes to get my nails done by Jenny, but I went recently and she wasn't available and decided to go with another tech and this tech did a mediocre job. She couldn't be bothered to do what I asked for.

I went there to get beautiful nails for valentine's days. And the lady at the from Betsy was very friendly and the one who did such a great job who I personally recommend is Stephanie. I'm in love with the nails that she did. I'm feeling gorgeous with my nails

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appt for a gel fill and there was confusion so I had to settle for an acrylic fill because no one knew how to do a gel fill.The design I asked for was simple & the girl said she can do it. I left with my nails looking nothing like the picture & the colors were completely off. My nail was bleeding and overall they were just a mess. I paid & left. I came back the following business day to talk to the manager & was told the manager wasn’t there. I asked if I could just have my money back (or at least half my money), I didn’t want them to re-do as I’d rather go somewhere else. The woman at the desk told me “they don’t give money back”. Horrible they close at 7 but want me to come not later than 4:30 couldn’t take me for 5:30 because the lady in the phone said they let the pedicure person go at 5 that’s not my problem until I asked to get a full set your better off walking into this place than making a appointment they are lazy and don’t want to stay until closing never coming here again this place sucks ….Service: Acrylic nails

I was a customer here for a little over two years until Nancy had to take a break due to health concerns. I completely understood and even used one of her other techs that she recommended for nail art. Unfortunately I was really turned off because the brush she attempted to dust my nails off with was matted down. I decide to venture out because I am really big on nail art. However I still wanted to continue going for my pedicures because I like the lady who did them. However the receptionist made it very hard for me to make an appointment. She couldn't tell me the ladies availability for the day I called or the day after. I had my sister call inquiring about an appointment with the same lady and she was given one IMMEDIATELY. I show up to her (MY) appointment and the receptionist was not happy to see me. I went to start my pedicure and told the lady which spa scent I'd like. I was told I could not get a spa pedicure because my appointment was for a gel pedicure only. However when you call to make an appointment for pedicure they only ask you if you'd like regular or gel. Normally once you sit the tech would ask if you'd like spa. In the two years I was a customer there I've never been asked gel, regular, or spa pedicure over the phone. I asked the receptionist why I could not have a spa pedicure and she stated that I only booked for a gel. I go to pay for my gel pedicure and told the receptionist that I'd like to make an appointment for a spa gel pedicure. She asked me for when i said the second week of August. I was informed she was was only making appointments for July. Mind you I was there the last week of July. In the two years that I was a customer I always made my next two appointments for my fill and pedicure because Nancy availability was always tight. I paid for my services and left there feeling so confused. I've NEVER given ANY of her staff any kind of issue while I was a faithful customer there. I'm not sure if Nancy (the owner) was offended that I was going elsewhere to do my nails due to her being unable to do them. I reached out to her personally and told her all that occurred and she never responded. I feel bad that good techs are losing out on money because of bad customer service. Hopefully these owners will understand that business goes by word of mouth and learn to appreciate their customers. Because a simple I'm sorry that you experienced that at my shop how can I help fix this would have made me feel appreciated.Services: Pedicure
