Rude young lady at the front desk. Everything she said was with an attitude. She didn’t greet or explain what I needed to do to ship out overnight papers. I had to ship out another article which I paid for and she didn’t bother to give me a receipt with tracking number. I highly doubt my package will send. If you hate your job look for another one

Where do I begin? Well, I will start off by saying that the Dunellen post office should really look into retraining and re-educating its staff.It's pretty simple to provide customer service that tax payers deserve. Unfortunately, this location are full of lazy incompetent individuals who are too busy on personal devices that make accomplishing their daily task difficult. Here is a suggestion less attitude more work!!

Joshua is the most efficient person I have ever met in a USPS store, highly skilled and helpful. I was in and out of the store to mail a package for less than a couple minutes.

I did my passport application here right after naturalization. The person who helped me was super efficient and helpful, sorry I couldn't get his name. I was able to take a photo and submit an expedited application in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!

I Went two days in a row for passport and was unable to get it. The employees are lazy and don’t want to do their job. I was told to reschedule my appointment after clearly showing my confirmation to the woman at the desk. They Clearly don’t want to do their own job… very slow service if lucky enough to get any.

THIS RATING IS FOR “JOSHUA”. Should be giving him a ZERO.Had a passport appointment today for an infant and we reached on time. He initially made a comment that we were late, had us go through mails and confirmation with a newborn crying on our shoulders. Finally after ten minute hassle, he accepted our appointment which is originally ours to begin with ( god knows how he is living with that attitude) and after a lady comes in for the next appointment, who is already 5 mins late, he suddenly declines ours telling us that it’s her appointment time even though she is late for her time. He was the one that wasted our time, we were multitasking with a month old baby and tells us to reschedule.Read few comments below who had passport service from JOSHUA. They were treated same and looks like he did this because we were Indians.

I went today to Dunellen post office location. Even if I lived for two years in this town, I had never got the chance to visit the office. Now that I moved out of town living in South Plainfield, I felt obligated to go to Dunellen for passport request because in my town South Plainfield post office has the nastier customer service in the area. I was impressed for their high service quality. The two young ladys are respectful and perform their duty with caring and politeness. Well done Dunellen post office!Shame of you South Plainfield ☹️

Had a passport with photo appointment for my 3 month old ..to my disappointment found that they do not take photos for babies 3 under..so please plan accordingly if you are looking for photos

My package shows delivered, but it wasnt delivered. Some supervisor name rick took all my information said he would call me back in 30 minutes. I waited 3 hours and I called back twice. They picked up both times and hung up. I called the third time and they just let it ring. Then I called with a different number and then they answered and said Rick webt on a delivery and will call me back. Still no call back. Thanks rick for your outstanding customer service.

I had an appointment for my sons passport application and the front staff mentioned they do not take photo of babies . It is not mentioned anywhere. So please take a passport photo with you. So disappointed with usps services .

Ive been using this PO for years since it is closet to my home and Never had any issue. However, now, when I have packages that I need to drop off and get receipts for, Im being told that because I do not live in that town I can not get a receipt for them because that PO doesnt get credit for them. That makes no sense. I do a fair amount of online shopping and have had to show proof that my return was accepted by the PO, hence receipt is required. Only one guy does this. No other clerk gives me a hard time. No orher PO for that matter has ever told me that I can not have a receipt for my drop offs and because of this I think something shady is going on with this guy. No receipt means no proof that you dropped your package off at the PO.
