“Whenever I need to go inside the bank for whatever reason I am greeted with friendly knowledgeable bankers who always take good care of me. They only ever seem to have females and in my opinion I think females make better bankers anyway, they have better people skills. This is true of the young and also not so young ladies who sit behind the counter at this particular bank, they have never been less than enthusiastic to help and happy when I come in which makes me feel at ease. Hey the one girl even gives you a sticker on your receipt if you are making a withdrawal!”
“After 7 years at the same bank which had been very good to me considering the problems I had, I've opened a new account at Chase Bank in Yardley, Pa and I'm excited. They have so many different types of accounts to choose from that I could see a teenager starting there and as he or she matures their banking needs change and there is a plan for everyone. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I was taken right away, no appt, no wait, I thought the staff very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Chase Bank if you're in the market. Wheel chair accessible and a drive thru. Hours are 9 - 5 Monday thru Friday. No Saturday hours at this location.”
