Absolute Moving System is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. From the point when they dropped packing materials at our house which included dirty paper and damaged boxes, to delivery, where they showed up in an old dirty landscaper truck, we had issues. This included running out of materials on moving day and having to wait for more to be delivered, and one rude mover who was there during packing and delivery, always grumbling and complaining.
We packed our non-breakables ourselves and had Absolute pack furniture, breakables and anything we felt would be better packed by professionals, but boy were we wrong about that. Pots and pans, pictures, bicycle helmets were just thrown into a box causing scratches, dents and nicks. Several items that were wrapped were not done properly resulting in a shattered 40 year old hand made platter, a broken handle on a chess set box hand made by my father, and a figurine. Our sofa bed (replacement value $4500) was not wrapped properly, resulting in a nicked leg and several dirt stains that we have not been able to remove. Boxes marked ‘do not crush’ were underneath other boxes, boxes were not placed in the marked rooms, and a ladder was missing from the delivery. All of the damaged/broken items were packed by Absolute.
When we tried to contact Absolute, they said we were lying about the ladder, and offered us $100 to clean the couch, which would not cover a professional service, let alone cover the things they damaged or broke. We reached out to the Better Business Bureau for assistance, after which Absolute contacted us via text and offered us $300, which again wouldn't even cover one issue. When we pressed for a larger settlement, they insulted us and said we were lying about the damages and just out for a ‘money grab’. They did not respond to the Better Business Bureau at all.
On top of everything else, our move cost way more than the estimate. We understand that an estimate is just that, however we were not told that the original quote didn’t include packing materials, tolls or a gas surcharge, and although we didn't move several pieces of furniture that were included in the original quote, the final bill was several thousand dollars more. We were also given incorrect information about purchasing our own additional insurance which prevented us from doing so.
We are sharing our experience so that hopefully others will see this review and find another company for their move.

The movers kept my display racks, boxes of handmade goods, and tables organized so nothing would get lost. When we reached the venue, they carried each piece to the correct area. I was able to start setting up without hunting for a single item in the load.

I had an exceptional experience with Absloute Moving Company and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I reached out for a quote to the final box being unloaded, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient.
Scheduling was easy, and they were right on time the day of the move. Tom and his crew handled all of my belongings with great care nothing was damaged, and they were respectful of both my old and new homes. What impressed me most was their positive attitude and how quickly they worked without sacrificing quality.
The whole process smooth and worry free. Their pricing was transparent, and there were no surprise fees. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly moving company, this is the one to go with!

Excellent experience from start to finish!
Our estimate was done in home with a detailed invoice. We had several delays with our home closing, and the team was incredibly accommodating of the multiple scheduling changes.
When they first arrived on moving day, I thought there was no way they'd make it in one trip, but their efficiency made it happen all while caring for our property. We went with the hourly rate option, but the team didn't try to take advantage of that - they still moved with some serious speed. Really appreciate all the hard work. Would use this business again and highly recommend!

I’ve used their services twice—once for my house move and more recently for my office relocation. Both times, they made what could have been incredibly stressful experiences so much easier. Never in my wildest imagination, thought I would be taking photos of my furniture being packed!
I can’t speak highly enough about Absolute Moving System… My family has used them on multiple occasions and this is the first time I’m using them.
Personally, I believe any of the bad reviews that they may have are from competitors trying to get business because they know how good Absolute Moving System really is.
Oleg is one of the most knowledgeable and nicest people you will ever meet. He gave us a pretty accurate estimate, They did go over the time of the estimate. However, we also had the movers take additional things we didn’t mention to Oleg in the first place.
They are fairly priced, hard-working, and take care of your property. 100% I can’t recommend them enough, and if We ever need to move again. They will be the first and only call.

Be careful when choosing a mover, whether it’s near or far.
A move should be courteous and professional, and trustworthy, ABSOLUTELY.
However this was not exactly the case when we moved.
The movers came on time.
They packed up our items.
They moved them first to storage for several weeks before our new house was ready to move into.
They delivered our items on time to our new house and unpacked our items.
Now here comes the reason I’m leaving such a poor review:
WHEN I OFFERED THE MOVERS WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A VERY GENEROUS CASH TIP, THE HEAD MOVER TOLD ME “IT WASN’T ENOUGH” !!!’
So, when a senior couple such as ourselves, is faced with several mean looking strong men like the movers seemed to be, we relented and found more money to give them.
Now this service should be over, right ?
But, sadly, it wasn’t .
Because the movers drove away and also left us with all of the moving cartons and packing materials piled up in our garage which a kind neighbor helped us to make several trips to the Monroe Township Recycling Center to dispose of.
Needless to say, we were afraid to call the company to complain, however, we had to call the company to tell them that we were missing parts of our bed frame , which they said they would look for and TRY to replace. THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN.
This review has taken me almost ten years to post because I have been married to the same wonderful woman for over 56 years now who always lets things go and move on .
But I cannot.
So watch out when you use a mover.
And don’t be so trusting.

Used them to move from New Jersey to Florida. Very unhappy with this company - delivery was very late and some large furniture items were delivered broken with absolutely no resolution from Absolute Moving. It appears they switched our load to another, cheaper moving company without notifying us. Would not recommend using this company - stay away.
