“I've been to this Chase location twice -- once to open an account (one of those reps in the cubicles), and another to deposit a large sum (teller) . First off, I like how it looks inside. Maybe it's new, but it also seems clean, airy (if that makes sense), and spacious. Lots of light color that kind of boosts your mood. To compare, PNC bank where I also go, is all brown and outdated looking on the inside. Like, I walked into a dreary poop colored room, haha. So the decor changes make a difference, at least to this customer's eyes! When I was with the rep, I think his name was Anthony? And he was super nice and friendly. He explained several options to me, and answered my questions when I was slightly confused with a free checking account and my money market. And while he helped me set up an online account to do my banking from, we chatted a bit about living in NY versus NJ, and shared some brief stories. A personable guy. I don't imagine I will come here often for anything else, since I basically just do a few small check deposits on the app now, but I know if I came here, they would treat you well.”

“I had a very bad experience with my local WellsFargo branch recently. I don't want to name the location because all people there are so nice, genuine, except the Manager who made my experience very negative. I wanted to close my account with WF because the situation. After about 2 weeks the issue wasn't resolved. I didn't want to deal with a rude and unethical local Manager and went to this location (Midstate Mall, 300 NJ-18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). The banker Stephany Hurtado was so understanding, professional, genuine and sweet. She promised to call me back when it's resolved and she followed through in about 20 minutes.
