Dear East Brunswick Store,
I wasn’t about to let this slide so easily—I’ve already had to deal with Woodbridge, and now it’s your turn.
I purchased a dashcam and installation from the Woodbridge store on February 15th, with the installation scheduled at your location for March 6th—the earliest available appointment. However, not only was there a delay in picking up the dashcam at East Brunswick, but I later found out that it was never fully checked in or delivered properly. Whatever the excuse, this issue caused my Best Buy app to continuously show a "delay" message regarding pickup. I had to physically visit the Woodbridge store on March 13th TWICE just to get some answers.
Does Best Buy not have a system in place that flags unfulfilled, undelivered, or missing orders? It’s been a full month since I paid $383.82 for the dashcam and installation, and now Woodbridge Store is telling me the installation won’t happen until March 22—another unnecessary delay.
At this point, it’s clear that Best Buy does not prioritize urgency or customer satisfaction. If negative star ratings were an option, you'd have earned them. And please, for the love of all things customer service, DO NOT ask me to message Best Buy on social media. I’m not sharing my personal information over social media—that would be completely irresponsible.
If you truly want to make this right, channel your inner Sherlock Holmes, piece together the obvious clues laid out in this review, and do the right thing—give me a call and offer me a $200 gift card for the time and frustration of making two separate trips to the Woodbridge store just to sort out this mess AND for making me wait a total of 6 weeks to get my Dashcam and Install.

I was talking to a Verizon rep in Best Buy today and he was very helpful and told us about all these discounts and it wound up only costing $15 a month for adding my fiance into my plan... Jaren was very helpful and knowledgeable, I would recommend specifically asking for him

I paid a visit to the Best Buy establishment located in East Brunswick, New Jersey, with the intention of purchasing a DJI Osmo Mobile 7P. The store offers a generous expanse of parking facilities at the front, including ample spaces thoughtfully designated for disabled visitors.
Upon entering, I was courteously welcomed. A charming young saleswoman approached and graciously enquired if I required assistance. I accepted her offer, and she expertly guided me through the purchasing process. She was, I must say, an exemplary salesperson. However, I found it somewhat regrettable that the product in question was not on display, leaving me with no opportunity to inspect it firsthand. My understanding of the item was solely gleaned from video content I had previously perused, which, of course, fails to provide an accurate sense of its physical attributes such as size, weight, and aesthetic design.
Regrettably, the saleswoman appeared to lack detailed technical knowledge of the product. I must admit that this is not an uncommon occurrence in my past experiences with Best Buy. Securing a staff member who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the merchandise often feels like a matter of fortuitous serendipity.
Nonetheless, the overall shopping experience was undeniably pleasant, with the staff's cordial demeanour and the store's well-appointed facilities leaving a favourable impression.

maybe I caught them on a bad night, but I walked around looking for Apple watches that they had in stock from their website. I asked an associate for help and he seemed like I annoyed him. Finally got someone to help us and she claimed they didn't have the watches in stock but another location did. We got there and they did not but told us East Brunswick had 9 in stock. So we were sent out of our way for something they did have in stock. VERY frustrating.
