I came here for a pick up order. I don't usually shop around because they make it so convenient to order everything you need online. It's usually very quiet here and I am the only customer. They staff is very nice and friendly. People should come here more. They have a lot of great stuff, and the stuff need more customers. By the way I buy all my electronics here. Printer, laptop, desktop, and phone. Love the quality of everything I buy, especially knowing I have Geek Squad if I ever need.

no pricing was correct. not even close. we asked for help but instead of helping they stood together in the front b.s.ing. awful service. when leaving the guy asked if we didn't need help anymore. we told him we weren't going to wait forever. if I am going to be at a store trying to find prices by the skue I expect to be paid! never coming back

If I could leave a ZERO I would. I purchased an Alarm system, Remote Start and a Stereo System on Dec 20th. My installation date wasn't until Jan 28th at 10am. Which was fine considering the holiday rush. To only show on my appointment date 15 mins early only to be told I don't have an appointment that the Tech confirmed on my receipt. Then to be told i could be squeezed in and not have all my work completed at this time. TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!! And to think I was going to add a Back-up Camera to my order. I requested my money back and had my membership refunded because I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS at WORST BUY again. There are a Audio places close by that deliver MUCH BETTER SERVICE. I would rather pay more and be treated right any time.

I rated them 2 stars ? simply because of poor customer service. I called in advanced to inquire about an item. I was told over the phone it was in stock, but upon arriving to the store. It clearly wasn't. That's reflects bad on management. Your staff should clearly make sure items are readily available, before giving out false information.

Worst customer service experience ever. I booked an appointment at Geek squad via Apple to fix my phone. The appointment was suppose to be a same day fix. Once I got there, I was treated by an inexperienced tech. He said in order to fix my screen, I need to completely drain my battery and will take more than 24 hours. I agreed to keep my phone, then they informed that they will have to check for parts and if they don’t have it, it might take a week to arrive. I agreed to keep my phone for a week to test what extent they will go to avoid this repair. Lastly, to avoid this fix, he went on saying that iPhone 14pro max is difficult and if we mess up Face ID- we will send it to Apple which might take 1 week to arrive. TBH it feels like they are bunch of lazy tech who wants to make their pay check sitting. No wonder this store has so many bad reviews. I decided to take my phone to a different store and was fixed same day.I request best buy corporate to look into this stores management and take action to fix it. This kind of service is bringing down bestbuy’s reputation.

I came to the store to buy my electronic device, and when I asked the staff to tell me more about the product I wanted to buy, they were very reluctant, and their explanations were very ineffective and wasted time. By the way, some employees even discriminate against customers, which is true! I don't think I'll ever come back to this store again. Great product 《 Do not enter this store if you can deliver! 》There are serious problems with the management of this store.

I recently purchased a open box, PS5 and when I was speaking to the lady on the phone, she assured me that 100% of the product was in the box and when I got home, I noticed that there was no chargers or no type of wiring for the PS5. After driving 2 hrs to get it. They wanted me to either bring it back and get myMoney back or order the things myself. Ridiculous.
